    lamentable experiencia,check in rapido,el problema llego cuuando llegamos a la habitacion con acceso a la piscina,mobiliario normal,combinado con muebles de madera reciclado,cama doble,dos camas individuales unidas,y lo deplorable del estado del baño,se ve en las fotos,toda la silicona de la ducha con moho,la rejilla del aire acondicionado llena de polvo,los acabados eran deplorables,con lo cual fui a recepcion y los lleve a la habitacion para que viesen aquello,que perdon y el manager no estaba,a la mañana siguiente madrugamos para ir al lago del loto rojo,por mediacion del hotel,estabamos de regreso a las 8:30, fuimos a desayunar,muy justo de calidad cantidad,pero que muy justo,y despues vino el manager hasta la habitacion volvio a pedir mil perdones y que le darian doble sesion de limpieza y revisaria todas las habitaciones.dejamos el hotel sobre las 11 de la mañana y regresamos a las 8,cual seria mi sorpresa al legar que la habitacion seguia sin limpiar,en ese momento me llaman por telefono para preguntarme que si me limpiaban la habitacion,en verdad de pelicula de humor,conteste que no que solo necesitaba toallas limpias.el hotel tiene dos años pero la verdad parece que le pasaron 10 por encima. el hotel no esta centrico y ofrece servicio de tuk tukpor 50 thb,la mayoria de los huespedes son tailandeses jovenes,y el ruido es altisimo ya que la insonorizacion de la habitacion es enexistente,parece realmente que los ruidos del pasillo estan dentro de la habitacion. la zona de piscina dispone muy pocas hamacas ,el agua congelada y con un olor a cloro insoportable,la categoria de este hotel no se corresponde a un 4 estellas, ni de cerca

    Poor management

    I had spending one day before decided to write this review. Biggest disappointment to me compare to other hotel around Thailand. I picked this hotel to stay on Sunday night as a leisure and Monday for business. 1. Upon arrival, no bellman. It will be fine if 3receptions just sitting doing nothing but chitchat while i park my car right in front of hotel. No one pay any attention. 2. After carrying all my bags to the reception, i found out there was a wedding at the lawn. I asked them will that be noisy? They said only until 10pm. Ok let see. However i can see that i cant really swim since it next to the lawn. But fine. 3. I dragged all my bags to the elevator then one of the bellboy came out and offer help right away. Well at least someone know how to serve guest. 4. When i reached the room, bellboy opened the door and the room was not clean at all. He rang receptionist and got respond like no way, housekeeper had done cleaning.... i was very pissed since i was really tired and plan to spend my late afternoon relaxing. The bellboy ran down to get a new room key for me and escorted me to that room. Eventually the room was cleaned but balcony very dirty, dirty spot in toilet and hairs in bathroom. However, for the great help of the bellman, i stayed. 5. When i just try to relax and get changed, 2 maids just open my room door!!!!!! WT..!! I yelled at them then no apology but shut my door just like that!! I m done so i call agoda that i want to check out. The lady was so helpful tried to calm me down for 20mins and offer help by asking a better room for me. I said i can pay for the upgrade if i can rest. Then they moved me to 4th fl. I just too tired so I settled in. 6. Wedding start loudly, which is fine as i was informed the noise will stop by 10pm. And yes, 10:30 pm i rang reception. They told me they are clearing the place and should be done very soon. 15mins later i had to call them again!!!! Why do i have to do everything just because you dont wanna do it fir your guest! 7. Next afternoon i brought my colleague for our discussion at hotels restaurant at 2pm. We ordered food and sitting for discussion. 2:30 pm none of food came. I asked waiter why took so long, his replied was oh our kitchen will come at 3pm as that is kitchen opening time! What on earth made you leave me hanging starving without telling me when I ordered?!?!?!?!?! 8. Same day in the evening there were a group if young people hang around the pool with music supposedly they brought their own speaker. And it was loud! Again i had to rang receptions asked if they heard anything? They said oh is that loud? I told them go walk around the hotel check it out! Then music was lower for like 10 mins. I was really pissed myself why did i book this hotel!! So music still went on then i rang reception again at a1am told them if they dont do anything i ll do it myself!! Yes they can drink and drunk what soever but please no loud music! Then this time music off. This is my first time writing super long review to let their management knows that how much i feel pity for hotels concept and design as well as the landscape. Because it was ruin by dont know how to operate hotel management team! If this is family business they shall start learning from some other hotel now! Otherwise this hotel will only goes down more and more to the day that design and beautiful landscape cant help anymore! I saw many reviews on how poor the reception is and i also can see no one pay attention on training or put standard in order to improve! No response on guest review is something most of the hotel do to show they care but not this hotel. For travelers, do check with hotel if the date you book have any event here or not cuz i heard from staff this hotel is very popular for event.

    Call this a hotel

    Please do not bother there are plenty of good hotels in udon , staff seem to be good but the manager forget it I booked this hotel over the internet deluxe double smoking room including breakfast , I got standard room no breakfast no kettle in the room In November when I was there there were several oriental people there , 1 night was enough for me never again

    Scenic and nice place

    The hotel is situated in the scenic area and, luckily, we had a room on the third floor with a lake view. It's genuinely relaxing: to sit on the balcony and watch for the nature. We also did like the interiour of this place: apparently, the owner has a good taste in it. However, what pleased us the most, was the decent range of draft and bottled beer in the bar near swimming pool. That was really good, the same as the breakfast options: delicious and various. Bear in mind, that the hotel has good audibility, so, possibly, if have neighbors behind the wall, you'll hear their conversations. However, it wasn't a big deal, for us.

    Nice minimal decoration hotel with great location to public park

    This is a boutique hotel with Northeastern look and feel. It might look like its out of no where, but only few minutes walk and theres a big pond nearby. The wooden look of the place differentiates itself from any other city hotel. Staff is friendly. The restaurant offers nice Northeastern style food at good reasonable price.
