  Had a great stay.. the ambience was nice staff was very helpful..it was business visit had excellent service with reasonable price recommend for stay finally the stay was excellent and memorable place to see

  Awesome stay..

  We stayed there for 2 days during our visit to pune, it was worthy experience. Courteous staff, comfortable room, tasty breakfast though the options were limited.. But Served timely. Overall good experience.

  Very irresponsible staff and rude behavior

  Room is quite impressive but as you spend an hour in this hotel your frustration level will get high..Staff is very very lazy...After giving a call to reception for a service they take 30 min to deliver you a just a bottle of water.. Very dissatisfied for a 3star hotel..

  Worst hotel I have experienced in my life

  You guy's have a worst hotel. It's is bad as garbage tin. If you guys are not allowing my guest in my room then you should provide a good launge area to sit. Come to my place I will provide you a better place than this garbage tin. More over your washroom shower and tap is not working properly and you guys are not provided any bucket for bath what do you want is this a prison. Your fan not working properly. Your staff is good but your manager do not allow them to give service. I have never seen any hotel policy in my life. I want to give you minus 5* rating. And I request my company not to give any booking in this hotel again. My contact no 9669920720

  The worst hotel I have ever seen in my

  You guys have a garbge tin not a hotel, moreover if you can't allow my friend or my guest in my room for 10 minutes than why don't you provide a good launge area for sit. In your washroom shower is not working properly not the tap. And you are not giving any bucket for bath . Fan is not working properly. Your staff is good but manger not allow them to serve them. Manager is very rude not having manners. I request my company not to give any bookings in future.
