  Date night

  Very clean pleasant staff reasonable price rooms. Excellent service. Used the date night free drink on arrival chocs in room 2 course dinner. Excellent food and good choice. Breakfast was excellent. Great for a night away

  Good stopover or for a few days

  Friendly hotel, easy to find and a good size carpark. The staff are all very friendly and helpful; our bedroom was a good size, as was the bathroom. The Covid rules are followed well and we were pleasantly surprised with the standard of the food - so much so that we dined in our second night as well as the first - fully recommend the Seafood Grill. The bus into Chichester and villages on the way, stops just outside and appears to go regularly at least every 30 minutes and sometimes every 20 minutes. We were able to take the bus into Chichester and although it was not particularly good weather we had a good walk round the centre and the cathedral and the bus stops and departs just beside the cathedral. Well worth staying in the area, and we do hope to come back. Thank you to all the staff at the Brookfield Hotel. We both wish you well for the future 6 months. We visited from 11 - 13 October.

  Lovely, friendly hotel

  We enjoyed our stay at Brookfield hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, very friendly and fun which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast and evening meals were tasty and well cooked. The covid rules were well implemented and observed by staff and guests. We enjoyed walking to the waterside and the town of Emsworth where we enjoyed a coffee and delicious cake at the Flintstones cafe. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Continues to keep its high standards.

  Not our first trip to this hotel and before retiring I used it for business trips. However, our first visit since Covid and it mostly seemed the same good, known quantity with the addition of masks, social distancing and meal arrangements. All very efficiently sorted out and the cask beer and food was as good as ever! It appeared to me that the waterfall garden feature had a makeover or tidy-up and I sat in the evening with a pint just watching this; very relaxing. Pity we couldn't stay another night but Portsmouth dockyard beckoned.

  Fantastic find!

  We have just had the most amazing stay at this lovely hotel. Every aspect was excellent. Rooms were a good size and spotless. The lounge and chill out areas were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was lovely and the food was to die for! We had a 3 course meal on the evening and full English in the morning, the quality was superb and the food piping hot. Every member of staff was friendly and chatty and couldn't do enough for you. Big shout out to Jamie who, when we asked if the hotel had a pack of cards and they didn't, went out and bought us a pack! If that isn't excellent customer service I don't know what is! Amongst all of this, the covid guidelines were strictly adhered to without spoiling the enjoyment of our stay. Can't recommend the hotel and it's staff highly enough. We will be back!!
