Large Bed and Breakfast in a lovely part of FalmouthTis is a lovely location looking over the park and I imagine a room with a view over the park would be very nice indeed. Parking is a little limited to just 5 cars but I had no problem parking on the road right outside. I had a single room with bath and shower all in good order and clean and tidy; with a warm croissant delivered in the morning with a small orange juice. I imagine given how many hotels and B&B are now providing breakfast again this will soon be back on their menu as the breakfast looks lovely on the pictures.

Brilliant B&B, very good for the priceThe rooms looked quite different on the booking site, we chose room 5 which had a great modern interior and beautiful bay windows that I sat reading and watching the rain in for quite some time. Good communication online given no reception due to covid. Very clean, great bed. Fridge in room too.

DisgustingI would not even give it one star rating. The comments we put in was only fair and to be personally attacked is unacceptable. The room was thick in dust and the covers was all scrunched up and damp. We put complaint in she came up to the room and was rude from the start of the meetin. Not one appogly was made. She was extremely rude when asking us to leave the room and to go down stair and wait. We went down and the waiting room was fithy. We waited for the host to come down and we pulled her on the cleaning of the hotel she was aggressive and rude and it didn't stop there. We asked if she going to apologise and she never. We asked for refund but all she was worried about that i had to cancel the room so she don't get charged the commission. This is personally a cheeky thing to ask considering her aggressive behaviour towards hotel guest is disgusting. Book at your risk

Just an observationThe Broadmead is a bit like the Maire Celeste, not a soul around. You access via a code ,collect your key and find your room. It is without doubt extremely clean tidy. Ample supplies of tea, coffee etc . IF you book room one , note the bath is situated at the end of the room under a sloping ceiling under the eaves and probably easier to use if you are nearer to age 40 than 70 !!. That said there is a shower. The stairs to room one are short stepped and steep. If you have any mobility issues at all book a ground floor room. The breakfast available (due to covid causing mayhem ) Is a single croissant and small half jug of orange juice, which is left outside your room at approx. 8.15am. If you are just passing through it's ok.

really helpfulSingle room, late booking. Everything well thought through in terms of restrictions, room absolutely fine, bed really comfortable, location really good, will definitely go again. Parking fine and access clear and easy.
