Recomiendo buscar otras opciones.

DumpI had the misfortune to stay here as my work paid for it , my god, what an absolute dump of a place, there were people that seemed to be homeless from other countries walking up and down the corridors , trying to open other room's doors , they were smoking inside the hotel and talking loudly all night , if I had a female family member staying here , I'd be extremely worried for them Choose somewhere safer On the plus side , the towels were nice and fluffy !

Disgusting immigration centreDo not stay at this hotel... It is used now by the uk government to house illegal immigrants who have just came of boats illegally... The place is infested and really dirty..majority of rooms have been taken by groups of migrants. The place is absolutely full of migrants.. Worst place i have even had the pleasure (not pleasure at all) in staying at..would never ever step foot in their again.. Could not sleep due to foreign language being shouted out windows all niggt and food left all over floors....its a real sess pit!!!! Not even worth 1 star

Absolutely vileSo I think the only good thing about this hotel is the late check in, we drove from Boston to Coventry after my partner finished work and checked in at 11pm, after that, it just went down hill! You were made to feel uncomfortable on arrival with everyone staring at you, the man that checked us in was rude and unhelpful. Had to come back down the stairs as once we got to our room it wouldnt unlock, only to find they have to switch the rotations on the locks?! The younger gentle man that came to help us unlock the door was there and gone in a flash and once we walked in we wasnt really surprised as to why he didnt stick around! The carpet was pretty much none existent and you couldve ripped it with little force (if you was brave enough to touch the floor!) there was a hole in the bathroom door, chips on the toilet seat and in the bath and the colour of the walls was absolutely disgusting, now I understand that I booked a smoking room but all other rooms that we have booked under smoking were very clean and didnt smell at all, they also had balconies, however this room had the largest window Ive seen yet it only opened to around an inch! It smelt of damp and stale fags! The bed looked nice and crisp but thats about it, went to brew a mug of tea for my partner as we had thought the kettle was okay (no limescale) only to find that when I tipped the water out of the bottom of the kettle had a slight tinge of green, I smelt it and instantly knew it was urine (Im a dementia nurse so I know the smell of stale wee!) stayed there for one of the two nights as by now it was 12am and we had an early 5am start the next day. The second night we made a quick pit stop to grab clothes and our friends needed to use the toilet before we headed back out to travel to their house, not only did they refuse to use the toilet but they also packed our stuff and made us check out. They offered no refunds, not that we was bothered, infact as soon my partner said we wanted to check out early the first thing they said was no refunds. ABSOLUTE SLUM OF A HOTEL. NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN

Face didnt fitSo me and 2 work colleagues went to check in tonight (09/11/20), went to the reception desk, and was greeted by a young lady who asked to see our key worker letter, we dont have one as we arent key workers I replied, we work in construction(we were fully dressed in work clothes, obviously not there for a holiday), to which she refused us entry, stating that no hotel in the country is operating for anyone other than key workers. I am not sure where she got this information from. So we had to leave after a 14 hour commuting working day, and proceed to look for other accommodation. Absolutely disgusting service for the brief 5 seconds we were there. By the looks of the pictures on here, and the place its self, I think we dodged a bullet. STAY AWAY
