  Economico y cutrecillo

  acudimos a este hotel para solamente pernoctar de camino a disney. El precio fue económico para una habitación doble mas un anexo para mis hijos con una litera. Parecìa limpio aunque bastante cutrecillo. Yo no volvería a parar aquí. Además tuvimos un problema con la reserva y ningún empleado del hotel hablaba ni ingles, ni alemán, ni español. Solamente francés.

  Sadly an otherwise good overnight stay was marred by an aggressive, moody member of staff. At breakfast, I was putting coffee into my own cup to take with me on a long drive. She informed me I couldnt take my drink with me! When asked why this was she was unable to answer. On checking out a few minutes later she was unable to talk to me, refusing to thank me for my business or wish me well on my travels. This customer recommends a spell at charm school and a review of the policy saying guests cannot take away the drinks theyve paid for.

  Active policy to overbook family rooms?

  While the hotel does what it says on the tin, a clean budget hotel, however a word of caution. Its booking policy would appear to be rather ruthless. We travelled with two small children (2 and 5) and booked the family room. After calling to confirm the room in good time to cancel, upon arrival we found that at least 3 families had been booked into the same room (we arrived with the second family). We were offered an alternative inferior room and then placed in two twin rooms. The market price for which was substantially less than the family room for which we were still charged as we had passed the cancellation time. Staff / management were uninterested and it would appear to be normal operating procedure. On the face of it, it appeared to be a position manufactured by the hotel to put families in positions to accept any room to allow the kids to sleep and apply the full charge. Heads up, the hotel is cheap and clean however procedures leave a lot to be desired.

  Not as described

  The hotel is very basic and the rooms very hot. The restaurant was pretty much non existent and what was available was really not great. A taxi to the nearest restaurant was over 20 euros as they charge to come out from the city centre.. overall not a reflection of the better reviews on here and I would suggest you pay more for a better overnight stay. The only good thing about the hotel were the staff.

  Essential

  Hotel essential useful especially for business trips being located north of the city on the main arteries of communication. Very simple rooms, convenient on-site parking. Nothing interesting, but decent solution
