  Worst hotel ever!

  After a long day of riding our motorbikes, myself and 10 friends arrived at this hotel at 5pm. We were refused drinks. We were told we couldn't drink until 7pm when we would be having dinner. We went to our rooms to shower, only to find that the towels were disgusting, and grey coloured! Nearly made me sick! The only saving grace of the entire stay was the waiter for the evening meal. He was excellent. The female manager who greeted us was not!

  Rooms are not worth the money

  This Campanile in Nancy Sud is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed .the rooms have cobwebs,the flooring is all coming off .In the bathroom the towels have become grey with usage & the walls are damp..Not fit for anyone to stay,as it was so noisy with the motorway so close.

  Perfect overnight stopover

  I havent stayed at a Campanile for some years, but had good memories of them from the past, and this one didn't disappoint - although the signage at the entrance could have been clearer. Despite being very close to the motorway, our room was quiet, although we were at the rear of the building. Budget rooms - but we had everything we needed - even tea/coffee making facilities, and the bed was very comfortable. Steak and chips in the restaurant was very good.

  Motorcycle tour of Europe

  Not stayed in a Campanile hotel for ages. Anyway, we were on our return journey from Switzerland and this hotel fitted the mileage we wanted to do in one day. After a lot of pigeon French and shrugging of shoulders we got our keys to our rooms. Upon going in the room, I was pleasantly surprised. roomy light, tea and coffee facilities, decent bathroom. Happy days. One snag we did find, there is no bar at this hotel. Now I am not sure about other people, but the Manager Fabrice sorted it so as we could have a couple of beers without having a meal, many thanks Fabrice. The following morning we had breakfast, for the money it was pretty decent to be honest and we left with our appetites satisfied. This is a typical Hotel, close to a motorway where working guys stay at whilst they are working away. The two young lads and Fabrice looked after us well, we had good clean rooms, with everything we needed, you cannot ask for more. Thanks to all.

  Basic but OK

  Had a night here before going down into Italy as the first night on a bike tour. Simple but comfortable rooms, reasonable food (group meal so individual choice may be better). Bar closed until 7.00pm but easy cab ride into the town center. OK for a simple stopover.
