  Week-end has been cut off

  I travel every year to Espirito Santo for holidays and I really enjoy to try new hotels. I booked this hotel (with booking) approximartely two months before and was very happy to try it. It is a long way to go from this hotel from Vitoria. But unfortunately when I arrived, the hotel was full, due to a convention and a wedding (They had my reservation, but no one send me a message that was full) and rebooked me to the Aroso Paço who was good a long time ago but not anymore. Well, when you are a foreigner that coming from Europe to try this hotel and they gave your room to a convention, I think it is not a good idea. They have totally "brake my week-end" I was so sad because when you think about a nice place that you booked and wich is confirmed and dreaming about it. A unhappy guest will talk to more people around him that a guest who enjoy his stay and that will be my way. Poor compensation. They gave us a voucher to try their hotel one night. Next time to the hotel. Rebooked somebody from a convention and not a guest who has made more than 9000 km to try your hotel

  should be called Vista de Car Park, nothing is as described

  I stopped here during a road trip, the booking site described it as having an Argentinian restaurant. on arrival the hotel was freezing in lobby, corridors and rooms. The staff were all wearing jackets, the waiters even had heavy winter parker style jackets. We were told that there was in fact no Hotel restaurant but we could buy a ticket for a buffet laid out for a convention. The food was just short of disgusting. we asked for a wine off of the list and not available, then asked for an alternative also not available and gave up. Total cost for two was 225 real Room was freezing, no lights or sockets near the bed but loads of sockets all surrounding a half finished and not equipped kitchenet. All in all a horrible experience and I will never now stay in ant Bristol properties whilst on business,

  " A good option in Pedra Azul"

  Is a brand new hotel,rounded by natural woods with a beautiful view of the valley and the Pedra Azul mountain. It's a large building, different of many local inns. There's a gym, pool, restaurant, wine cellar , bar ,etc... Is a good place to stay !

  Hotel from hell!

  I made a booking at this hotel for 2 nights with Expedia. Upon arrival the hotel tried to give me a room in the basement. When I asked for another room, they tried to charge me a supplement for changing the room. The room categories don't match with what is shown on Expedia, which means they can give you whatever they want. And if you don't like what you see, you have to pay extra. I have never seen a hotel like this before. No interest to please the customer.
