  Hotel recomendable

  Hotel muy bien ubicado frente a la playa relación precio muy bueno, habitación grande y cama extra grande muy cómoda la decoración sobria y moderna baño solamente con ducha y desayuno abundante atención del personal muy bueno y cortesía extras adelantando el cheking a la entrada un solo defecto almohadas chicas

  A total RIP OFF!!! Go to "Golden Tulip"

  I truly was very disappointed in this hotel. First of all It's NOT what I thought it would be. The pictures made this hotel seem very spacious, but in reality it's NOT. I was traveling with a 3 month old infant and when I got there my room wasn't ready. (We had a 24hr flight) So we were very tired and exhausted. We payed $200 EXTRA to get a room asap, which supposedly it was one of the BEST rooms in this hotel. When we got up to our room it was EXTREMLY small and very hot. And did I mention that they were very rude. The lady from the front desk made a HUGE issue cause we didn't bring our babies birth certificate. I am an American Citizen we usually don't carry thoose documents around. The lady was unprofessional and extremly rude. My son has dual citizenship (American & Brazilian) ,and on his brazilian passport it had our names as our sons parents. This lady made it hell cause apparently she couldn't find it. Do yourself a favor and go to "GOLDEN TULIP" Its the same price but Golden Tulip is 1000x more better.

  Great location

  Stayed for one night. Very modern hotel, with nice rooms. Good amenities, and directly across the road from the beach. Excellent choice for meal selection or you can have the buffet. Hotel has a pool, but directly behind building, so unsure if it gets much sunlight on it.

  Decent hotel with friendly staff

  Some staff spoke English, but all were friendly. Nice breakfast included, but usually with terrible, watered down juices. Lots of cakes and breads, but some quite dry. Good eggs & fruit and always some meat. Free tea at night. Dinner menu was pretty good, but not too extensive. Small pool in back. Nice glass elevator. Our room keys "died" after one day, but then no problem. Room safe is good. Glad to have fan in bathroom. Room view was nice even from the side. Bed comfy, but NO dresser, no place to unpack! Was there for 6 nights living out of my suitcase. :( TERRIBLE WIFI!!!! Even in lobby, the wifi was weak. They REALLY need to fix that!

  Wonderful choice!

  The hotel is on the beach and the rooms are spotlessly clean! Reception, Restaurant, and Housekeeping Staff are friendly and so skilled and accommodating. Many Reception and Restaurant staff speak English, which is a bonus I do not expect when travelling. When something as simple as a burned out light bulb in the bathroom was mentioned, it was immediately attended to. Many mornings I needed to request a Taxi, and not only was it ordered, but staff ensured that the driver was clear about my destination. I actually can do that on my own, but those extra steps taken by staff were so much appreciated. This is a wonderful choice for a foreign traveller, any traveller, and there is a bakery a short walk away. I felt very safe there!
