  A very nice place for that price

  We stayed there in last week of july and first week of august. And realy enjoyed our vacations. Our room was on the first floor with a big balcony, the yard vew. Cleaning, changing towels and other stuff like that - everything was on time and done well. Good breakfast: fresh and delicious pastry, cheese, proshutto, yogurt. Coffee wasn't perfect, but it's not such a problem to spent 1 euro for espresso somwhere nearby. And at least but not last, the stuff on the reception was kind and helping! thank you guys for recomendation of good restaurants!!!

  Really good place

  Really good hospitality in this hotel. The staff was very kind and professional. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were rally good. I've booked a double room, really clean and comfortable BUT there was a locked door in common with the next room, and it was possible to hear everything form the other room. Good position, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the Budello (main street of the tows, with malls, shops, restaurants and bars.

  A good hotel for a stop-over

  The Bristol Hotel seems to be a hotel that caters to older clients, who spend long periods of time at the resort of Alassio. For us, it was a pleasant stop-over on our tour of the Italian Riviera. The hotel is quite nice and has most modern facilities. Could do with a mini-fridge in our room, but we did have a nice balcony and good bathroom. Breakfast was very pleasant.There is free parking on the street nearby, and paid parking underground at the hotel. The hotel is up the hill from the sea, and it is easily accessible on foot. The town is on the shore, and it is a very pleasant place to have an evening walk and then have dinner in one of the nice restaurants.

  Hidden away but a great find

  Friendly staff. Nice room with balcony. Great breakfast on the terrace. Was slightly difficult to find especially at night, off main road. Safety post to help you miss low level wall was missing so pranged our car at the side. Parking in grounds. Slide and play stuff for children

  Good hotel in good location

  We stayed at the Nuovo Bristol hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of August and came away satisfied with the experience. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area but very conviently an easy walk of less than 500 meters from the sea. We had a room at the back of the hotel, which was rather small and gloomy, although we could not fault anything in particular. Airconditioning luckily worked perfectly during our stay in ever higher temperatures and humidity and the room was solidy isolated from the outside noises, for instance from the trains that pass close to the hotel. Inside noises were another matter: the wooden floors make sure that every moving of furniture in the hotel is very well audible and when the rooms are being made up the noise is sometimes deafening. Tha bathroom again was very small, but the shower was really good. The room did not come with standard amenities as a safe and a minibar, which we found disappointing. Staff is generally nice and helpful, with a special mention to the very friendly people serving breakfast (which was abundant and of excellent quality) and the nightporter who provided us with cold beers when we returned to the hotel at night. Parking is conveniently located below the hotel. You have to leave the keys at the reception and the staff then parks the car but for us this was fine. What kind of surprised us was that the hotel says it has an arrangement with Bagno Torino, one of the (many) beachclubs, but there they had no room for us as hotel guests so that we had to try our luck elsewhere and found a place which was not only much closer by but also cheaper than the tariffs the lady at the reception mentioned as their "special" fees at Bagno Torino. But all in all, apart from the minor annoyances mentioned above we had a very good stay and would recommend the hotel and probably shortlist it should we in the future stay in Alassio again.
