Consistently impressed
We were in a large group for a business trip. The Accomodation was consistently clean and tidy. The staff had exceptional customer service and ready to help when needed. Our group especially appreciated that enthusiasm, honesty and attentiveness from Troy. Each evening for dinner he was an absolute pleasure to have around. I always look forward to going back to the Brisbane International.

Friendly hospitality and surprise with daily housekeeping!
A lovely friendly greeting upon our arrival after a quick drive from the airport. The room was very clean, comfortable and very spacious with a small sitting area, great hot shower, my teenage boy was reluctant to leave the shower! We had a little patio out the back of our room which was great to be able to sit outside in a private space. Unfortunately our stay was during Covid restrictions in October - so none of facilities were open, though on my previous brief visit - the restaurant and bar looked cozy and inviting to go for dinner or a drink. I was pleasantly surprised to receive daily housekeeping especially as we only had a 2 night stay. Even though the the hotel is located conveniently on the highway - the room we stayed in was set well back so we didn't hear any traffic noise. The hotel is located on an amazing spacious property so we went for a walk around the grounds and it was lovely to walk around large open creek spaces with a creek flowing at the back of the property. Great location to the airport and convention centre (once back and operational). As the hotel restaurant was closed we were able to walk across the highway to choose from various take out options which was also very convenient.

Spa Room
I love this place for many reasons , staff are impeccable and always accommodate my needs . lets talk about the rooms because they are so nice and spacious , very clean , and one of the huge benefits is the spa rooms which i really enjoy mostly to unwind . This accommodation ticks all the boxes for me and i stay there on a regular basis and look forward to each and every time, thank you to all the staff.

The staff are very welcoming and nice. The buffet breakfasts is awesome with variety to select from. Croissant, bacon, boiled or mashed eggs, baked beans, sausage, cereals and many more. Amazing location and you can play mini golf as well. Room is very comfortable, but be aware of the entrance to the rest room, potential trip hazard!

Outstanding attention and follow up
My wife and I booked in for one evening to bring our son there after some significant dental surgery. He required regular ice packs. Peter especially who was on shift but the other staff also never once baulked at the extra attention we required getting ice packs and freezing the ones we had and other follow up eg offered to ring mobile instead of phone to avoid waking; later departure despite pressure on cleaning staff. AND all the usual stuff of course - room beautifully presented, service with a smile.
