  Nothing but praise for Brim Brim Gardens !

  We absolutely loved our stay in Cedar cottage ! Every little detail was catered for from the locally sourced products in a well stocked fridge,a comfortable bed with fresh white linen ,white fluffy towels,great smelling bathroom products,quality chocolates and last but not least two very large comfortable wing-back armchairs to relax in.Sue and Jeremy were brilliant hosts and made us feel very welcome. We had access to stroll around the beautiful gardens, sit and relax by the lake and listen to the sound of various birds, it was so very peaceful.We will definitely be going back.

  Amazing Gem for Travelers

  We were traveling from the United States and wanted to stay at a place that represented authentic, serene Australian hospitality. We found that and more during our stay at Brim Brim. From the moment you enter this historic property, you feel transported to a different time. This estate was built in 1859 by a magistrate and has gone through several interesting identities since then as explained to me by owners Jeremy and Sue, whom we enjoyed meeting. They were so welcoming, interesting and hospitable. They offered great recommendations on local restaurants, as well as sight seeing. They invited us to enjoy their beautiful gardens which were a joy to stroll around. And the cottages are so charming. I highly recommend Brim Brim. If you are in this area, don't miss out on a unique opportunity to stay in this special place.

  Great hosts, charming cottage, pet friendly & the loviest gardens

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brim Brim. Our cottage was charming, warm & comfortable. Lots of lovely touches - fire blazing upon arrival & reset each day, local and ethically raised breakfast goods and great recommendations re local dining (local pub & red door pizza are a must!) and attractions. Our dogs where welcome & we all thoroughly enjoyed the gardens. Finally Sue & Jeremey where most accomodating hosts and yet very respectful of our privacy too.

  A gem worth finding

  Used this spot for a visit to Ballarat, small cottage but a great welcome, log burner available as weather poor when we were there, great breakfast provided for you to prepare yourself, a garden that we envied and plenty of local walks available

  Our wonderful stay in Cedar cottage

  We absolutely loved staying in Cedar Cottage. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Everything was perfect. All of the little touches from the choccies to the juices made our stay lovely. The ingredients for the full cooked breakfast - which were topped up for the 2nd day - were top quality and yummy. We were so cosy with the wood fire and the gardens are beautiful. Thankyou Sue for being the perfect host.
