Bachelorette Party in OkobojiFirst off, we were a group of 10 ages 25-53 celebrating a bride during crazy Covid. We were a little nervous to stay here after looking at the reviews, BUT, we had an incredible time! We had a 3-bdrm condo overlooking the beautiful Lake Okoboji. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious! We had great drinks, food and service at Bracco! The outdoor pool was super busy but fun people watching, and we had fun at the swim-up bar. The big slides were fun too! Checking in was nuts (couldnt get into our room until 5:00), two gals at the front desk werent friendly, LOTS of other groups trying to check in at the same time, very unorganized! We made the best of it, put our suits on and went to the swim-up bar/pool! Were definitely going to stay here again next summer with our family as long as we can stay in a similar unit!

Nice accommodations and poolWe recently spent 3 nights at Bridges Bay Resort. The staff was friendly, our room was clean and modern. The outdoor pool is big and was great for social distancing. Due to Covid we did not go to the Indoor water park. My grandson liked the arcade.

Before school tripQuick family trip before school starts after Labor Day. Very convenient location with plenty for our kids to do. Water parks were great, food was good. We swam, boated, fished, and ate! Loved the full kitchen layout. For price could have given at least 4 wristbands instead of just 2

It was just ok...We drove down from the twin cities since my daughter had a day off from school. We got in around 4 on a Friday and left Sunday morning. Check in was fast! The restaurant on site was great! The food and service was awesome! The waterpark was overcrowded to the point where it felt unsafe. Not only because of covid but because there were so many people in the pools that you couldnt swim. The lazy River was so crowded my daughter would get shoved up against the wall or ran over by a tubes. There were life guards on duty but they did nothing. In fact, I watched one drink an entire blue slushy while my kid nearly drowned in the lazy River. Our second day we realized the waterpark is open to the public and you can buy a day pass for the waterpark for $12. Explains the business considering there is absolutely nothing else to do in this city. We stood in line for 30 min get into the waterpark because you had to fill out a covid waiver form. And that was for each day we were there. (Understandable) however there are many ways the hotel could have made this an easier process. We have been to other waterparks during the pandemic and we have never experienced waiting in line like this! We stayed in the first floor in the main building where the waterpark is located. Kids ran down the halls yelling and screaming all night. The rooms are ok but noisy! You can hear the people next door to you along with the people on top of you walking/running around. We barley slept the first night. Overall I wouldnt ever stay here again. Between waiting in line and the overcrowding in the waterpark it wasnt worth it at all!!! If you are in the twin cities drive 3 hours the othetr way to the dells. They have the proper safety procedures within covid and just in general water safety.
