  Comfortable Stay

  Pros We had a great experience. Hotel is very nice in terms of hospitality,food,location,rooms. cons Its bit expensive in season. Its a very good property if you get it around 3000 Location of this hotel is the main plus point.

  Comfortable stay and amazing experience

  Bridge view have constructed its new property we stayed there for 2N /3 D amazing experience polite staff helpful and so beautifull interior except the television was not working didnt had any cable connection. I will definitely stay here whenever next time I will visit to Shimla.

  Good!

  Location is Nice.. Rooms were spacious, clean and hygenice Staff was polite, helpful and professional. Located on the Mall Road provides amazing view of the valley from the room. Nice Budget friendly Hotel with great services.

  POOR AND CHEAP SERVICE

  Never ever go to this Hotel !! Poor n cheap service !! Staff is misbehaving with the customer !! They wont allow you to come n sit outside in the balcony !! PREM s the name of the person to whom we deal with and he misbehaved with us !! We were like we should leave this restaurant as soon as possible !! Would request to the owner - Mahesh/Rakesh Malhotra to take severe action so that you guys can suffice the customers so that atleast u have someone staying in your hotel !! Please IMPROVISE !!

  Shimla trip

  Location was good, near to shimla mall road lift, made booking at very reasonable price. The room were spacious, heater was provided for free of cost. The staff was very friendly and helpful, will definitely visit again
