  Disgusting filthy condo no management support

  As an owner it is very disheartening that even after several complaints no additional cleaning was done. Kitchen counters stained All baseboards and radiators dusty easily months worth with hair and grime on them especially the bathrooms Bathrooms floors gritty and sticky pubic hairs on toilet and around toilet and in shower Shower stained and dirty Outdoor patio - filthy not power washed too dirty to use Sheets and comforter old and pilled NO WIFi in rooms 10 years ago they said it would be next year . I have seen no worse condition for an RCI resort in 30 years . Run around at desk will not provide email to Condo Assoc President George Chapelle after hours trying to find email or contact for him we gave up and left three days early . Ant traps visibly just in carpet . Gross! I pay 800 a year in maintenance for no maintenance! Whats good-location and pool well kept Stay away read the reviews I should have . I have contacted RCI in hopes to help someone else to choose a clean place to vacation . We were so looking forward to the vacation and it was ruined. Y the shabby dirty conditions and lack of support effort and action by their staff . Its off season you would think cleaning should be standard . Look st the reviews on TA there are several pictures just from this month and reviews . This is not a unit issue its the whole place

  Not clean

  Unit was not clean at all! Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain had mold on it. Towels smelled like someone had cleaned up vomit with them and didn't wash them. We purchased a new shower curtain and had to launder the towels before use.

  I would advise anyone looking that Unit 23 at this resort is in terrible shape. It need a lot of improvements and is not clean. I believe the staff does what they can but it would be overwhelming. I would not retrurn there. I would like to say that staff were so friendly and helpful.

  i dont get all the bad reviews

  Ive been an owner for 30 years and my unit is always clean and functional. I own week 26 last week of June into July It is a little dated and the landscaping has gone down hill but overall not a bad place, great for families Over the years I have rented my week out and never got any complaints from tenants

  Worse resort on Cape Cod

  This place is horrible and gets worse each year. Prices go up, check in times get later and the staff if horrible! They used to provide entertainment poolside and activities for guest. That included group cookouts, pool side games for kids and adults. All that has ended now. Housekeeping is terrible. Dust everywhere, cob webs, food under couches. They skimp on paper towels, soap and toilet paper. The woman who runs the linen exchange is a miserable woman. Internet is at the pool only. Get with the times Briarwood! Avoid this place at all costs!!
