  WHAT A RIP OFF. I FELL IN THE SHOWE

  We arived there on the evening of the 6thMarch. We hav been stanying at that motel more than 20 yeas, but it was under othr ownership!. When we arrived at about 7.30 pm. we were confrontedwith a LATE BOOKING FEE.- I fell, and injured my self in the shower. we wre going to stay 2 nights. BUT THEY CHARGED US A LATE BOOKING FEE. THIS BOOKING AS DONE BY A THIRD PERSON. THEY CHARGED US $250.00 FOR THIS ACCOMMODATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go there unless you have the total cost in writing they are rip off merchants...This of course was without breakfast. So coming from the ACT I had to contemplate driving the Clkyde Mountain at night on Saturday night. How dre they profiteer from their so called installation of a late booking f ee! they were not there in the morning to report my fall to and our discomfort staying there. Stay there if you want a flintstones adventure. We will never stay there again. and beware we wrre told thedy "own" three or so other motels in the area. Wath out.. I post on tripavisor and have been for many years, and I have never posted this sort of thing before, as I try to find thed good times you can have in travel. BUT I risked breaking my hip. I havea bruise running down my arm, which is longer than about 6 inches. The shower shell lhad no grab rail. no anti slip mat. As I recall they onlyhave 2 of these "cabins" but the fall and the total cost was more that I would conider. I could not trust this motel.

  Pleasant stay and comfy bed

  Nice room, on highway but pretty quiet considering the amount of traffic. (There are rooms further back than ours). Bed was very comfortable. Nice large TV, free wi-fi, table and chairs in room, wardrobe, fridge and microwave. Also a small ensuite which was very clean. The shower was not great - not much pressure. Staff were friendly and booking and check in were easy. (checking out in morning at time of writing).

  Lucky find!

  Booked a room at Breeze inn for Oct long weekend. Steve the owner was so accommodating and helpful making the booking, I got our friends to also book at the same place. Owners made checking in and out so easy. Its located perfectly between the Ulladulla main strip and Mollymook beach. The room had everything you need: microwave, bar fridge, tv, air con, tea, coffee, extra pillows and blankets. The shower water pressure was Awesome! For the price its such a fantastic deal. I come to Ulladulla 2-3x a year and I will definitely be rebooking Breeze inn again.

  Dog Friendly

  We stayed overnight with our dog who the owners were kind enough to accommodate also. Easy check in, ample space and bedding, new flat screen tv - everything worked - what more can you ask for? Would definitely recommend to friends who want a hassle free stay

  Unpleasant experience

  We stayed overnight while traveling along the coast. Ulladulla was a lovely place to visit. The Breeze Inn was pet friendly which is why we stayed, the room was suitable for overnight but we had a very unpleasant experience with the owner who overreacted with another guests parking arrangements with their boat. Although all guests involved in the the changing of parking arrangements to allow for the boat to park onsite all came to a very quick and easy agreement the owner overreacted so much she was onsite disrupting all at 10:45pm and demanding the boat owners to immediately leave, threatening to call the police and to kick out anyone who didnt do exactly what she said! We would never stay again and she needs to get out of the service industry!
