  Most Comfortable Condo Ever!!

  We enjoyed the location of the condo as well as the beautiful views from the balcony. We stayed in #405 which was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was the best organized kitchen Ive ever encountered in a condo. Also, the rooms were large and comfortable. Thank you for making your condo available to us.   First Time There

  Went with 3 other friends we where very happy with condo we had. it was very close to most of the stuff we did. really like that you had to have a code to get in the parking area. The pool was very nice and the grounds also. we are thinking about going back to the same place this year.

  BEAUTIFUL!

  So nice with so much room & a beautiful beach! Nice pool & they have good walls so you literally never hear anyone else in the building. I took two young children & an infant so I was confident that our noise wasn't bothering anyone else. There's a really cool grilling area that our entire group (17 people) used.

  Awesome

  We stayed in Unit 701. The unit is in need of updating but was very comfortable for us. It was quiet except for hearing the waves crash below, which of course was awesome. The employees we saw and spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful and was never crowded. Having a private beach with a smaller condo facility was definitely worth the price of admission. We even sat and watched on the balcony and watched the dolphins one morning.

  Breakers East

  Breaker East is a very comfortable condominium, its locations very good in Destin. Located directly on the beach with gated access. Pool is nice and ample lounge chairs around. Heated is hit or miss. Sometimes its warm, but mostly a little to cold for those overcast days. The staff is very attentive to the residents and maintenance of the grounds. The condos are very roomy, and the balconys are large with wonderful views of sunsets and sunrises. After staying here two-snowbird seasons I have found many of the condos-have been updated. Last years condo was 1204; it needed major updates compared to this years unit 503. Owners in 503 have gone above to make it modern, and comfortable. I would truly recommend Breakers East.. next year we want to try somewhere else, because the weather here is not quite warm enough majority of the time..
