    Lamentable

    Hotel para nada un tres estrellas, sería de una y justo. Muy antiguo, plato de ducha con cortina de baño, camas viejas y aire acondicionado siempre a la misma temperatura, necesita una reforma ya. Excesivo precio 90 c noche para dos personas. No te hacen ni la cama cuando te hacen la habitación. El desayuno es muy bueno, aparcara por la zona es de pago. Muy céntrico

    Not the best option

    Outside impression of the hotel is okay, the corridors were clean. However, the triple room itsself was way too small and smelled strange. Since it was impossible for 3 persons to even move around there, the staff provided us with an oppurtunity to choose between two other rooms of which we found a bit better one (its worth mentioning that our fridge did not work in the beginning, the staff told us not to ask too much in one night??). During daytime and also in artificial light the room was very dark; we stayed on the 2nd floor with a balcony facing the main street. Surprisingly, it was not very noisy..But the balconies itsself are really close together, so if you are looking a bit more privacy then its not very pleasant. The bathroom was a bit of a disappointment with a shower so tiny that it was impossible to wash yourself without flooding the whole floor, not to mention smashing the ceiling while trying to wash your hair. We had a bed&breakfast option and the breakfast was served on the 6th floor in a rooftop bar. Not sure if it was because of COVID, but the food was brought to the table, without any preferences asked beforehand - it was a plate full of bread and then another plate full of egg in different forms - the same every morning. Its okay, if you stay there a couple of nights, but in a longer period of time... Also you get one small cup of coffee to go with you breakfast, any other drink is for extra money. One day one person from our group waited her food for 20mins, which is a bit disturbing when you have made plans for the day. It is possible that they pack a lunchbox if you are leaving early to some excursion etc but we were provided with raw eggs :) Didnt go to the pool but actually it was not very inviting as well.. Long story short - the location is okay and if you are only there for sleeping, then you get what you pay for. If I were to visit Rethymno again, I personally would not go back to this hotel.

    Not great

    This hotel really needs a refit. Our double room was dark, small and stuffy. The central airconditioning wasn't working well, and we couldn't leave the windows open because the hotel fronts onto a busy road. Bad night of sleep. Bathroom had black mould on the ceiling and the fan didn't work. The breakfast area on the roof is nice, and in corona times they bring 2 big plates of food to your table, bread etc, then a cooked breakfast. Don't think I'll stay here again, though.

    One night only

    Our room was clean but really old and shabby. We went for a drink at the bar which was nice but because the place was so shabby it put me off. I had a shower and the floor flooded. When I had a shower in the morning the water was cool. The breakfast was very good and plentiful and the lady with the glasses serving was very polite. I would not stay again

    great hospitality & in the city centre

    booked my room for a week. the lady at the reception was very helpful,my room was comfortable andthe balcony had a great view from the 5th floor. The breakfast was plentifull and the staff at the roof was very kind. dont hesitate to pay a visit. close proximity to city centre since everything is near
