  Everything was terrible but the breakfast

  My stay was absolutely horrible. The cobbler was freezing cold and the tall guy at the front desk was lazy and rude whenever we told him. The sheets and towels all look dingy, gross, and grey looking, and the toilet was not very clean. The only good part of my stay was the breakfast, which was actually pretty good.

  I rate a hotel/motel on numerous criteria: comfort of bed, softness of towels, room amenities, cleanliness, staff accessibility and responsiveness to my requests, quality of breakfast, quiet surroundings, bathroom safety, convenience to shows/activities, consideration and implementation of COVID-19 protocols, great hot coffee, good value in correlation to price, ease of making and changing reservations . All of those aspects were reviewed and this motel had outstanding results. We have stayed at numerous motels over the years, never being loyal to any one place but Bransons Best will streamline my visits because I will continue to book my stay here. No more making 5 calls all over the place and worrying about taking a risk at a new motel. By the way, its fun to come back from an evening show and find delicious desserts... warm cobblers, soft serve ice scream and fresh cookies to finish the day.

  Best now I know!

  Visited Nov 4-9. This may have been one of the best hotel stays weve had in Branson and weve made annual fall trips for past 30 yrs. Actually I dont recall ever having a bad experience. The room was super clean and when we return at night it was just as it was when we checked in. ( by the way always remember to tip a person who does a good job) The staff were very nice. The breakfast was really good ( only recommendation would be to change meat selection every other day). The late night snack, cobbler , ice cream and cookies were a treat. The room rate was very reasonable. Just cant think of anything negative to say.

  Wonderful experience!

  This is hands down one of the best motels I have EVER stayed in! Their cleaning staff needs to give lessons to all housekeepers on the planet - a lesson in what a clean room REALLY looks like! I was awestruck at how clean my room was. There was NO build up in any corners or along edges of beds and baseboards. Everything was immaculate! Kudos to the housekeeping at Branson's Best!!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cobbler and homemade ice cream in the evening was delicious! Breakfast was unbelievable! The only cons were (and this is VERY minor) no microwaves in the rooms, and no charging stations. The beds and pillows were like crawling into the clouds - I slept SOOO good. The property was very quiet also. All-in-all this is a 5 star in my book! I DEFINITELY WILL stay again.

  Bed & Breakfast - Highly Recommended

  We were treated royally on our recent visit. We needed a handicap accessible room for a family member in a wheelchair. The staff was supportive and helpful; the evening dessert they provided was a nice treat. (Cobbler and ice cream). Breakfast was outstanding and plentiful. Local owner-operated property; they take pride in their business.
