Great visit

VERY GOOD PLACE UNFORTUNATELY RUINED BY ONE RECEPTIONIST BEHAVIOUR
As of the moment you get to the hotel you feel that there is management that wants the guests to enjoy a good product that runs with standards applied by well trained staff .Smiles by bell boys,lobby cafe ,restaurant,housekeeping and kitchen staff are so helpful,professional with an amazing approach and very helpful Night Manager Mr.Ahmed as far I remember his name and a receptionist called Youssef the one that checked us in.Very good food taste,presentation and service, very clean public areas and rooms but should have more eye for details specially inside the ware drop..The negative was I was a guest of the hotel and checked out on March 31st morning to go to Jeddah overnight and come back .When I came back on April 1st I had no reservation and the hotel was full I asked the receptionist to help me by calling the next door hotel Mena to check if they have rooms or not and the answer was shocking for me I DO NOT HAVE THE NUMBER OF THE HOTEL YOU CHECK ON BOOKING.COM .I just have one question to the Management is that appropriate?????If you returned back to the cameras that day it was between 18.00-19.00 hours you can see that on cameras .This will not stop me to go to that place If I'm at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia again as I just love that place but few persons or even one can destroy what a great team is trying to do within a very competitive industry.

Roadworks outside are a nightmare
Slightly above average hotel. Nice room, shower/ bathroom had good working facilities. Breakfast was poor - very little choice. Staff were friendly but check out took far too long (Im really not sure what they were doing!) Room service was quick and meals were a good size. HUGE issue at the moment for this hotel is the roadworks outside. Its a very busy part of town anyway but to then close off several roads around the hotel proved to be too much for our Uber driver. After circling for nearly 1 hour we ended up having to walk from the main road

Nice room, service with room for improvement
I stayed just one night at the hotel. In general the room is very nice and well equipped. However I really struggled with the phone in the room and finally used the online tool for ordering from the room service. Yes you can give room service order via your mobile; pretty impressive. Still I was not impressed by the low water pressure in the shower and the fact that the fridge in the room was almost empty and for the few items in there you need to have a bottle opener, which was missing in the room. Despite having asked for it two times from the room service, they have never brought. I have witnessed for the first time a hotel, where breakfast begins at 7am. However they were polite and let us in to the breakfast room at 6:40am. The breakfast was ok except the cafe, which was horrible.

Not worth it at all
It was an awful experience, I arrived at 10pm and the room was not even ready, when I asked for a late check out in return, they said they cannot confirm it, however they sent me a fruit basket to the room. Also, I sent my clothes to their laundry, they came back in a mess! They ruined them! Also, they said they would be ready by 9am, they kept on delaying the delivery till 11:30am. The room was spacious and clean. I would not go there again, ever!!
