  Nice and friendly yet a few shortcomings!

  Nice place, very quiet, somehow charming and nice hospitality! Nice service by the owners! On the shortcomings: Wi-fi really sucks, mattress very stiff/hard, rooms a bit small, second room as we asked for a 2nd bed was set with a sofa bed!

  Charming hotel

  Small family run hotel with a lot of charm. Very good homemade breakfast. Smiling service. A but hard to find (address does not exist on Google maps). 10mo' walk from the lively Harbour. Good prices too.

  Extremely disappointing, not truthful with information

  I recently booked to stay at the Epavlis Suites. It claimed to be near the sea which it was not. In fact it was in a very dodgy part of the town, near the motorway, with hardly any street lighting. Their Hotels website charged me 60 euros per night for the room but when I arrived the owner tried to get me to pay an extra 25 euros per night! The room was dirty, and the twin beds ended up being one bed and a rather scruffy sofa bed. We decided to write off the prepaid two nights and moved to another hotel.

  Lovely spot for the night from which to explore Delphi

  We had come from a 7 star luxury resort but were pleased with the phone call from Kiki confirming our arrival time, with delicious homemade lemonade (from home grown lemons) as a welcome drink on arrival. The hotel was easily found and the advertised parking was on the street opposite the hotel. It was just a five minute walk from the pretty harbour with lots of lovely restaurants for dinner. We enjoyed the family suite-two very basic but reasonably comfortable rooms. The bathrooms (two shower rooms with clean shower curtains) were spotless, with basic toiletries and bath linen. The beds were good enough for a one night stay. Breakfast was the highlight! Although usually served from 8:30-10:30, a request for an earlier start was kindly accommodated. Think home made cakes (yes, more than one variety!) omelettes, fritters, frittata, delicious home made coffees. All the expected fare too: Greek yoghurt with honey, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, toast etc. We were able to get up to Delphi in the early morning, avoided the crowds and the heat of the day, which was perfect. For the accommodation and delicious breakfast, this hotel is excellent value for money. Thank you for having us!

  Cosy intimate and inviting

  Beautiful cosy intimate boutique hotel. Kiki ( the hotel owner) welcomed us as soon as we arrived which was rather late at night, she made us feel at home upon arrival with her warm welcome and accommodating nature ( she allowed us to store our oversized luggages in an occupied room). We had a delicious home made breakfast awaiting us every morning. Short walk to the port well positioned lovely family stay.
