  Great food, poor location and many flaws

  The food was truly high level, gourmand. This was the forte of the hotel. Waiters were generally very professional except one. As the others were highly professional and made everything to deliver a high level service, great food and great wine, not a big deal a small issue with a waiter who made us waiting for more than 20 minutes for water and wine. But... The hotel in NOT in Herzegovina Novi, is in Bijela. Montenegro is full of ,inch nicer places. I expected a secluded place from the pictures, but this is not. You have cars passing by, the sea view is limited on the sides. It is a nice hotel in the middle of several ones along Bijela promenade. Pictures of the ads do not give a true impression of the location. I expected much more than this. The swimming pool is too little to swim! The pics are not really showing what you get. The room had several issues too: the WC flush collapsed in the wall, the flash of the bath tube, the TV stopped between 3 to 5 am, the safe did not function, I checked under the bed before leaving to see if I forgot anything and I regretted....left over of sweets paper all over etc.. Not clean at all! I have never been more twisted in a feed-back: restaurant deserves a high score: 9,5 against a. Location and a room at 5! Having so many issues during the 1st week of July, means there is a big problem of maintenance. The flash issue was known at the reception, so why do not fix it properly at the beginning of the high season? Too expensive for what you get and what you are made to believe through ads.

  excellent hotel

  This hotel is in Bijela near the Kotorbay. Rooms are very nice, quality sleeping and nice bathroom. Staf is very friendly, breakfast is one of the best during our trip in the Balkans. There is the possibility to order some favourite eggs and sweets. The beach is in front of the hotel.

  Beautiful

  I stayed at this hotel in july, and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was so nice, the food was perfect and the rooms were very nice. The view is perfect, and the beach is just 1 minute away. They also have a really nice bar and restaurant that belongs to the hotel. Really recommend.

  Nice surprise

  The rooms are modern and quit new. This boutique hotel has around 10 rooms, a small pool and sauna and a (small) private beach. A nice restaurant at the waterfront is also available. The area is quit and very relaxed. A nice place to relax a few days or explore the area. Kotor is half an hour driving.

  Buen hotel y restaurante

  Este hotel es tranquilo, bien decorado y con una atención al cliente de primera. Muy limpio y confortable. Buen desayuno. Tiene un restaurante muy bueno tanto para comer como para cenar. Buenos platos y un buen servicio. Tiene una pequeña piscina ideal para refrescarse (el agua está más fría que el del mar). En la recepción se vuelcan contigo dándote muchos consejos sobre sitios a visitar.
