  bien situado y acojedor

  esta en la plaza del pueblo, osea en el centro. desayuno increible muy completo. la atencion es buena, uno de los problemas es que estuve en verano hacia bastante calor y no habia ventilador en la habitaicon otras de las cosas es que la contraseña del wifi se tenia que pedir cada x tiempo porque se cambiaba automaricamente.

  Great place to stay

  Relaxed and yet with everything you need for a good stay. Rooms are comfortable and are nicely decorated. Breakfast is not included but well worth the price, the treatment is amazing and you really feel at home. Place does not have a restaurant but on the groundfoor there is a good Italian.

  Good hotel in excellent location

  Located overlooking the main square in Finsterwalde, I stayed here for four days with a daughter, her husband and her three children. We had three rooms and they were all very good; spacious and clean with interesting, quirky decoration. Beds were very comfortable and the en suite bathrooms were well equipped but could have done with a bit more shelf space. Breakfast each day was simply outstanding with everything one could want, both hot and cold food, breads, preserves, fresh fruit, coffee and tea. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making you feel most welcome. I had room 104, huge, on a corner overlooking the square, which was really excellent in all respects, except for the Friday and Saturday nights when the annual beer festival took place on the square and was a bit noisy! The hotel does not have a restaurant but at ground level, outside the hotel, is a very good Italian restaurant, Piazza de Moranoli (see separate review). We used the hotel as a base to visit Potsdam, Dresden, Wittenburg and Gorlitz (for Poland). The hotel has a private car park and is very reasonably priced.

  Decent - 3.5/5 stars

  Location - pretty good. In the "city centre". They had free private parking (but small - up to 10 cars). Rooms were clean, with average furniture - classic 3* hotel. Bed could be bigger but was comfortable enought. Bathroom was properly equiped and kept clean. Design of interior was interesting with. Breakfast was good with decent offer of ham, sausages, eggs, cheese, pasty, marmelades, coofee, juice.
