  So awful

  Given room 208 curtain hanging off with holes. Walls banged about by what I assumed were drunk sumos. Cracked walls and bashed corners. Upgraded to 305 spa room. Much nicer but still showing scapes on wall and cobwebs behind the bed curtain. Sofa uncomfortable and bed was like sleeping on a brick. Booked 2 nights and were seriously thinking of leaving early but had an appointment the next day. Reception were lovely and helpful but never never again.

  Week Long Stay in One Bedroom Apt

  This serviced apartment is mediocre at best. The best feature about this hotel is its location near Beaumont Street. The room itself is what you expect from a mid-tier hotel: older bathroom, worn out furniture, and semi equipped kitchen. We had one drinking glass to share in the entire apartment. The cleanliness of the room is sub-par. We had used cigarette buds all over the balcony. We had noisy neighbors early on. But, they left. It's all luck on who's around you because the noise does travel. Worst feature was the limited internet. Only 1GB of internet per room, per day. Then you have to pay for additional services. Just use your phone as a hotspot. Much better option.

  Worst hotel stay ever!

  Very rude owner/ manager! Aircon wasnt working in our room. We checked in late, called emergency number nobody answered. Called them the next day being a Sunday and when I spoke to the manager he was very rude and abrupt! Was literally screaming over the phone. He said if I wasnt happy why didnt we leave? I asked for a refund for that night and he refused. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone even for free! Kitchen was infested in small cockroaches!

  Mixed review

  So I am very mixed on this review there were negatives an positives. Positives- Great location in Hamilton close to many shops and restaurants ect. Reasonably clean and provided great amenities such as shampoo,soap, dishwashing liquid, washing powder, tea and coffee. Easy access to building. Most queries were rectified. Negatives - We arrived to a lovely cool apartment due to the air conditioning, after a few hours the air con stopped working in the main bedroom, it's summer and thee aren't ceiling fans so the room became very hot and the street was so loud over the weekend we couldn't open the window at night. The television in the main room also was broken and was not able to be used. The sofa bed/lounge in main room was broken but however was replaced some hours later, we weren't told this was happening so on return from lunch we arrived to an open apartment filled with workers pushing our belongings around to take the old lounge out to replace, was great but a heads up someone was entering our apartment without our knowledge would have been nice. Dirty oven ans stove, ripped towels and the toilet started to run non stop ans the bottom wouldn't press in the middle of the night. Outside noise is very loud. I requested a High floor close to elevator but was given the lowest floor as far from the lift as they could get. Burn marks and ash all over the back table too. These apartments are fine for a night maybe two but i wouldn't stay an longer. The two bedroom apartment is way to small for a family of 4. After calling and discussing these issues with someone other than the sofa nothing else was rectified. I requested a blanket after they took the blanket that was on the old sofa, cleaner said they would bring one but they never did. Other than the TV and air con not working everything was tolerable. After all this a discount or partial refund should of been offered but nothing at all. Unfortunately I don't think my family and I will return to boulevard on beaumont.

  Location is good but not value for money. Just too many issues.

  Oh where do i start? Positives: - great location in Hamilton with cool restaurants/ bars close by - super comfy new mattresses - didn't have a dingy feel Everything else: - checking in is a nightmare - parking is a really long way away, like a 10 minute decent walk and it's hard to get a spot out front to at least load/ unload your car - if you do get a parking spot $20 per night, don't have a big car. Our subaru outback barely fit, our ute would not have fitted - rooms have been renovated but aircon outlet doesn't reach to bedroom so expect a hot night (pun intended) - shower/ bath is inside the triangular tub, making it super dangerous to get in/ out as no handles NOT limited ability friendly - place could have been a lot cleaner, we had dirty towels from previous guest in washer, dust and finger marks everywhere - no space between bed and walls, so you're climbing over each other (which might either detract or enhance the hot night) - there's no bedside table to store things like glasses or phones on - there's lots of small maintenance things like broken fossets, patched plaster work, unfinished tiling, missing cornices etc - doona had no cover, instead was just enveloped in 2 x flat sheets - elevator is slow, hot and old - room was not serviced daily On a side note, the room had just been finished renovation as we got there, so the dust etc was probably as a result of that.
