  Good rooms

  This was my first stay in Kuwait I came here with work . Having never been there was quite looking forward to see what it was like. The room in the hotel I got was very big had a decent size kitchen and large living room and bedroom. The room was clean and tidy .The hotel is split into to separate hotels one with a coffee shop where you go for breakfast. The staff were generally quite pleasant . The only downfall of this hotel is it's location it is right next to a busy road traffic noise is very bad .Also below the hotel and around are takeaway food outlets this also is a disadvantage because people pull up outside and sound their car horns to get service very annoying when you want to sleep .

  Very friendly staff, great location.

  I like the location of this hotel where you can find a lot of resutrants and shops. I recommend you to do full replacement of your elevator because it's small and very old, and it takes a long time to travel between floors. Also they can change the bathrooms because it's very old style and it need to be modern and trendy like others. The only thing that I didn't like was the wifi service (it's very slow and it keep on discounting).

  Location is good, beside a good supermarket and in an area of around 50 food shops. Around 15min. Walking from the sea. Average reception Didn't like the room too much (old furniture and old bathroom) They said they don't have restaurant for breakfast and serving a breakfast in the room. What I loved the most is Mr. Mahmoud in the reception, helpful, smiling and supporting and they are offering a drop of to the airport.

  TERRIBLE AND VERY BAD CONDUCT FROM THE MANAGER

  I am posting this message for the awareness of the customer who is calling this particular hotel for any enquiry , please dont call them as the manager didnt like to talk to you and even he dont have time for that as well. I faced a very terrible code of conduct from the manager and its terribly unprofessional and he is not at all fit for the job in hospitality industry.The manager is like this how we can expect a good service from the staffs ???? Kindly note the number which iam mentioning , please dont dial unfortunately aslo (+965 50988374 ) , he is such a waste guy.

  Reasonable room but disappointing facilities at hotel and local area

  The room was reasonable but I would expect a kitch area for an apart-hotel but there was none. Room was reasonable but shower only without a shower curtain didn't help. There is NOT a restaurant, only a menu for food to be delievered to your room, or can be eaten in a very small area with tables at one of the hotels (there are two seperate units within 50m of each other). There are lots of fast-food outlets nearby with no seating available, so again it's really eat in your room! Okay for people staying with this in mind but not really suitable on a business trip.
