  a good place for a good holiday

  we really enjoyed our stay at the Botenwirt hotel and most of the staff spoke good English. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We were a couple but this hotel is really geared towards kids and families with loads of outdoor activities in the area. For a 3 star plus the food is amazingly tasty and well prepared. I can really recommend staying here. We have already been here for a short ski in the winter as well and it is very near to ski lifts as well. all in all a good recommendation

  Superb service and caring with heart

  A really super-family hotel. So warm and caring personel, as well as the owners. It's very clear that their goal is to give the best experience to their guests. The skiing area of Kleinarl-Flachauvinkl is very nice.

  Great house for holidays

  The hotel is located at the entrance to the charming village of Kleinarl and offers great onto the surrounding peaks. We booked a family apartment for two adults and two kids and the space within was truly generous with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room and a big balcony. Little downside, the balcony gives access to other rooms and we therefor had to keep a constant lookout for our small children so they wouldn't run around other people's place. We were nicely welcomed on our arrival and overall the staff was very friendly. We only ate once at the hotel but that one time was delicious. The outside area with the garden and the children's playground was also quite nice and our kids had a great time playing there and caressing the bunnies. What lead to the 4 points instead of the 5 was an addition of minor factors, like the mentioned undivided balcony, the lack of space on the parking lot, the distance to the "Abenteuerland" which is not quite as near as advertised and can actually be quite long if you travel with small children/toddlers and the lack of a real playroom for the kids for the days when the weather outside is not so nice.
