  .. .. .. no room service, no decent food or facilities, it cannot be rated as 4 stars, its barely 1 star, this place should be closed down

  Not 4 stars at all

  Not a good one Nice room but not very clean Staff is very very rude and unhelpful We ask for a bed cover because of cold weather they respond after long time No cleanix in bathroom Sea is far Furniture in the lopy is broken Breakfast is nice dinner is soooo bad Bad furniture Very bad experience

  Horrible

  It's the worst hotel I've ever seen... True hell.. Rude,, non-professional staff,, very very bad food.. The hotel itself is structured well with wide rooms,, nice decoration and design but the service is disastrous..

  Hard to give a feedback

  I hesitated to give my opinion about this hotel. I read most of previous comments and i think it is coming better than what people said at 2014. But they still need to upgrade themselves. This hotel can't be 4stars at all. The stuff were more than great, helpful and kind from the receptionists to the house keeping. They have only 2 days to clean rooms so dont expect that they will clean it everyday but if you asked the house keeping for anything they will bring it to you( they were really nice) - Room was average not bad and not good. - We were here as time share guests so we didn't try the restaurant to tell if it was good or bad. - In the reception they don't open the AC, but AC in theroom was very well. - They don't have WiFi in rooms but if you stayed near the front desk in the reception may you can open the very weak WIFI. - they don't have their special beach but they shared a clean beach with the airforce resort so it was clean- picture attached for the beach) - But the terrible experience we had was with the bus which they rent to send us to the beach: 1. They don't have their own bus so they rent a normal microbus 2. the driver did not treat us in a good way and he is not accurate at all.. The hotel told us that there is 2 times in the morning to vo to the beach ( 10, 11 am) and 2 times afternoon to return to the hotel 3.30 and 5.00pm. He never came in time in the morning or the afternoon, it is ok in the morning because we r still fresh but in the afternoin some days he came 3.00pm and left and other days he came 3.45. And he changed the place he stopped at every time, Imagine yourself standing in July in 39 C degree and horrible humidity waiting a stupid driver that noone has control on him, and then you discover that he changed his place without telling you. I tried to talk with him but he was rude so we told the receptionists but it seems that they dont have control on him and it was management problem.. I stopped going to the beach because of him and he almost destroyed our vacation. It is small problem i know but it showed that the management is so bad. I dont know if i can go again next year but anyway if i went and they fixed that problem i will rewrite a new comment and new evaluation. I hesitated to write because some people doesnt care about time in their vacations and also i was afraid that it may harm the stuff ( as i said before they ALL were really kind and polite).   A piece of hell!

  I have been to many hotels, but this by far the worst place I've ever visited. They don't have enough employees and so far from the sea. Food was terrible and rooms needed more care. They don't have rules or respect for the guests. Very poor hotel and I don't recommend it at all!
