  Never again.

  Befor we hit the hotel we ware traveling for more than 20 hours. I emailed the hotel with the question if we could get to the room early to refresh before sightseeing Kiec. Actually only response I got was a robot answering me that someone will answer me in 8 hours. No one answered. After 20 hours I reached hotel. Receptionst told me that the central office answer emails so she does not care. Central office either. Receptionist firstly did not find a reservation from Booking.com, we had a 5 minute duscussion till she found the data. The room (superior, so the best in the hotel) had one, very small window (Photo). I felt there like in the bomb shalter. Walls were empty and whole place was dull, dark and depressing. The room is outside the main bulding, so during colder months you have to wear all your winter clothing to get to the breakfast place (?!?). Breakfast was not tasty, fried eggs looked very old and dry, we had to ask for butter, fresh eggs, etc. During breakfast there was a huge fight between workers in the kitchen. They were screaming at each other for about 15 minutes. You lose apetite and good mood after such situation. Feel thrown out from the hotel. Summing up, never again. PS. Its a really clean room.

  We felt us cheated

  My husband, my under aged child and me have had the most humiliating client experience in this hotel. We had ordered a superior twin room in Vita Park Borisfen but was lodged into what appeared to be an ordinary twin room -not only 4sqm less then ordered, but from the total area around 5 sqm was a narrow gangway into the sleeping area. Neither was there any bath tub (as specified in the room description). When making a complaint to the reception, but answer was just that company booking web page was not updated with correct information and room which we had ordered was occupied by other guest. (the fact that hotel received prepayment for this room and have send booking confirmation with guaranty for this room meant nothing to Vita Park Borisfen). Furthermore the response from Reikarz Hotel Group (RHG) - the managing company took us aback. In the matter of fact we have used 3 holyday days to quarrel our way to services we actually have ordered and paid for without luck. However we have received some wear proposals from RHG about 20% discount in Vita Park Borisfen restaurant during our stay or 20% discount on our next stay in Vit Park Borisfen. We felt us cheated. Even my 8 y.o. son understand that you dont run after the robber to give him more of your money. He even asked me if hotel mean it seriously. We have chosen to demand reimbursement of difference between prices for superior twin and ordinary tween for all 3 days stay and correction of the information about hotel rooms on the hotels booking web page. The case has become the matter of principle and after our demand where declined by the management of RHG represented by the Vira Anedchenko (Chief Customer Officer) we have hired the lawyer. Just after 2 weeks of mail communication RHG finally meets our demands, BUT!!! There is always BUT!!! The RHG still mean that we have pushed our charges illegal and pays the reimbursement just to close THIS CASE. So please think twice when you do your booking on Reikartz Hotel Groupe booking page.

  Not tasty

  The food at the restaurant is not delicious. Breakfasts are the same. Hotel rooms are pretty normal. I liked the service. . . . .
