  The best spot in Tuscany!

  I stayed at this lovely guesthouse on a recent Euro trip and it was really amazing - a great location with amazing views. The rooms are spacious, there is free WiFi, great breakfasts included and a nice big grass area (great for tanning & chilling outside) and a big swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful - giving us a map and names of the best wine tastings to go do.

  Classic Tuscan country living!

  Beautiful country house a short 30 min drive from Siena. Nestled between some of the best Chianti and Classico vineyards, olive plantations and the Tuscan rolling hills. A great location to unwind, soak in some sun, go wine tasting and enjoy hearty Tuscan cuisine. The pool area offers nice sunset views over the hills. The staff was lovely and they serve a big breakfast to start the day.

  Nice location and Good Breakfast menu

  We stayed in a one bed room apartment (4 adults) with our son and his fiancé. It was a duplex apartment with one bed room and bath on 1st floor, while ground floor had sofa cum bed along with coffee/tea making provisions. The breakfast spread was quite generous and wholesome. Surrounded by swathes of vineyards in view and located near to Siena, It is a great place to stay to explore surroundings and at the end of the day return to the natures lap for nice sleep. We explored the historical town of Siena and dined at nice places. We also had a half day trip to famous winery FELSINA, to experience the renowned Chianti Classico making as well as to the wine tasting session. On the last night we decided to dine at Castelnuovo Berardenga, which is just 3.5 km and were surprised to find quite a nice eateries catering to you in the midst of mediaeval ambience of fort in an open area. It is nice place to stay for exploring the surrounding area, but one must have ones own car to stay at this place, otherwise it should be Siena. In the end I would be failing in my review, if I do not point out the points which need improvement. They must improve their attitude towards their guest by welcoming them more softly rather than rough manners as well as giving some important information to make the stay comfortable. It is the only place which I encountered during our Italy vacations who charge for fresh towels if you ask before 3 days . I also believe the housekeeping could be better as the sofa cum bed was dirty and the dust below staircase was the evidence of poor upkeep. I believe that the owners may take this suggestion in right spirit.

  One word...Awesome....

  Awesome place in deep Tuscany. From bedrooms to restaurant and the swimming pool with terrace...it's so great to be there. Enjoying good weather and a great games of wine. To book for at least the complete weekend. Try the food and the wine...buy some bottles and take home. Pictures to make envy to your friends.

  Lovely stay in A Charming Farmhouse

  This beautifully renovated farmhouse, close to Castelnuovo Berardenga and set among rolling Tuscan hills, provided a very comfortable stay for us. Our room was cosy with brick and woodwork, overlooking the peaceful garden and the bathroom was clean and large with toiletries. The room had a fridge and we would have liked tea/ coffee facilities . However, we were able to get coffee in the restaurant whenever we asked. The owners and staff were kind and friendly and gave us maps and helpful tips and we had a great week driving around and discovering the Chianti Classico area. The hotel has an onsite restaurant which is useful for meals after a long day. The food is hearty Tuscan fare and the Lecci e Briocchi wine from their own vineyards.The daily breakfast is a nice spread with eggs, meats and cheeses as well as sweet cakes. We ate at the restaurant most nights as we were out all day and each meal began with complimentary prosecco and starters. The nearest town, Castelberardenga also many restaurants and cafes and is about a 10 min drive. The agriturismo is well situated and its an easy drive to many Chianti towns like Radda or Greve, and the wine trail. There is a Coop at Castelnuovo as well as a laundry. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to return!
