  Great service and great room.

  Everything was just as the photos look and very clean. Very friendly service and the lady did not even ask for passport (although you do write your PP number on the check in sheet) and no key deposit like most hotels. We stayed on New Years Eve due to its close proximity to Central World. A bit noisy, but for me was sleepablejust a reminder it was NYE so I cant speak for a usual night. Tricky car access as it is down at the end of a small street in a primarily Indian/Burmese neighborhood so take that for what you will. Borarn ownership are wonderful Thai people.

  Bad service

  I booking through agoda the price it not fare and the reciption is not nice for the costumer . The room isn't clean and i see Housekeeping put their foot on the towel. If i come back to Thailand, i won't stay here for sure

  Very quiet place oasis.

  its a 3 story residence with Thai style building.... 200% privacy and very friendly landlady. We arrived 4am in the morning and had no issues check-in although no front desk. Once you check-- in...your one you own... I would stay again.

  It gives a feeling of House or Apartment. Quite and clean

  Upon getting recommendation of staying near pratunam market, I found this hotel as the best option falling in my budget. The alley in which this hotel is located is not the cleanest one, but bearable. The walk to the main road is also little long; you might want to avoid going out at noon. The hotel itself is clean, quiet and have a banglow feeling. Room and washroom are in superb shape. The water pressure was little bit on the lower side though. About the markets: I didn't like Indra and Pratunam. Not even Platinum. Central World and DMK remained my favorite. DMK cant be reached on foot easily from this place, but Central World can be done from here.

  Love it! Value for money!

  It's a lovely place and very very near Platinum Fashion mall we just been walking around from shopping malls back to Borarn house very convenient location. Walking distance to the river, Centralworld, the market, Big C, Gayson etc. For shopping its the place to be. Our room is big enough and with a king size bed, clean and quiet. You just have to request for housekeeping as they don't do it everyday I think. Night markets are nearby this location. I would definitely come back in this place again although there's no lift but the highest floor they have is only up to 4th level. It's manageable without lift as long as your luggages are not that heavy. I guess they can help you bring them up.
