Villa PARK would be a more accurate name instead of resort & spaThe positives: spacious, clean, secluded, green and very polite staff, fair prices. Negatives: they mainly cater to Chinese (we were the only non-Chinese people there) and maybe that's why their English is so terrible. This resulted in a number of problems, mainly the lack of any and all information. Questions about taxi, activities, restaurants, wifi, even little practical things like breakfast rates or how to switch of the pool jetstreams at night were answered with a look of pure ignorance followed by a friendly nod and the words "you search online". Furthermore you do notice the wear and tear, which is a pity (but we can easily see past that). Spa (a few chairs where you can get a massage)isn't even worth mentioning. All on all a nice place but we expected more.

Beautiful resortThis resort is absolutely beautiful! Such lovely staff and amazing views. Pool was perfect and villa well equipped and comfy. Breakfast had plenty of choices and lovely views over lakes and bridges to stunning cliffs! Free bike hire which is you can cycle to local waterfall in about 15 mins..really just an amazing place. I highly recommend this resort

4 star Chinese ResortLovely space. Quiet. Serene. Ok for kids. Dated rooms with A/Cs not working (warm air/ dropped large amounts of water through night... thankfully the fixed them, but 2 days later, same issue). Villa pool not clean (murky and full of leaves, had to ask man to come each day). For a 5 star, service should be impeccable. Sadly this isnt so. Parked my car, walked past 3 staff in carts and through the lobby and no one greeted me or offered me a ride (600m) to my room where I had just dropped my 3 sleeping kids and wife off. Off. Breakfast - is awful (compared to 3,4,5 star resorts weve been at before) and could easily be improved if someone taught them how to make eggs (they dont do in demand omelettes, only premade Spanish and scrambled), and purchase decent breads/ croissants for breakfast and diversify their fruit beyond watermelon and pineapple, the cheapest and most accessible fruit in Thailand. Come on, this could be so easily improved. Again, for 5 star, dreadfully unimpressed with the options and service in the dining hall. Lots of staff, but idly standing by. Possible because we werent a tour group with organized meal times? Perhaps this is, as suggested by others, a resort that caters to Chinese tour groups. Food - was great from menu, though not diverse and lacked western offerings/ kids offerings. Decent prices and HUGE servings. This is a major +. Again, odd that a 5 star menu is this small and lacks alternative options. Room service is good, but on top of prices is 10% service charge + 7% tax + 10% room service fee... are you kidding me... a 30% surcharge on food!?!? Most restaurants in Thailand still dont do food + tax... the price is as is. Entertainment - not as advertised. Mini golf - The mini golf is entirely dried up and un-usable. Bikes - They have new yellow bikes which are great, but the double/ triple bikes are fun but arent sized. I spent 15 minutes resizing (with no help from the staff), the bikes for my family to use so they fit them properly. Trails are best Ive ever rode on in Thailand for excursions. Fully paved and leads to some incredibly scenic places/ small village. Massage - see above review from others (accurate... not great). Info on excursions - better to be a Chinese tourist group then try. Thankfully we speak some Thai so this helped, but if not - youre out of luck! They are Thai in their helpfulness, meaning theyll kindly attempt to answer you, but dont fully understand what youre asking. Rooms - nice, but again, the one we stayed in was clearly not used for sometime as there was dust and dirt gathered in multiple places. The ACs didnt work in ANY of the rooms, though they were fixed within a day. Bathrooms are huge, but no tubs (again odd for a 5 star to not have). Beds and pillows were surprisingly ok. Thailand is notorious for hard beds and hugely thick pillows. Beds were 3/5 and pillows a 4/5. Kitchen/ living - nice, open, bright, and comfortable. but seemingly dusty and dirty with blood splatter (yes, you read that right), on the couch. Kitchen is well appointed, though lacks anything to actually clean your dishes with. If they came twice a day, and this wasnt thailand where youre food plates were quickly drawing ants and insects, itd be fine. They were helpful and provided a sponge, soap, broom when we asked so we could manage the dishes/ space on our own (with kids in tow, things get dirty). Wifi works intermittently in room and gets us signal from a Soi almost 100m away... so understandable, but odd again considering this is 5 star, and each villa doesnt have their own access point?

Enjoyed NatureBeautiful resort with lots of things and activities to do. Resort is not very crowded and we fell so fresh and relax. Staffs are excellent and very friendly. Foods not very good but acceptable, as well theres Muslim Village near by where you can have a very fresh seafoods with a very good price, recommended!

Beautiful spot. Friendly staffLike so many places, really suffering from lack of customers. Nevertheless, a very beautiful resort in acres of lush greenery and lakes. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Villas a bit weathered but that can only be expected in this climate
