    Bien.

    Buena ubicación, muy céntrico. Vía del tren próxima, que no interrumpe el sueño. Personal amable. Habitación grande. Bañera de hidromasaje poco práctica si te quieres duchar. El desayuno justito. El servicio de lavandería caro.

    Good but ...

    The hotel and a reception were very helpful in obtaining the best rooms possible and for organizing our stay in Vietnam. However, since the reception was responsible for our 3-day-2-night boat cruise on ha Long Bay I must say I am disappointed. The cruise was a waste of time and I wrote a separate review on this (Cristina Diamond Cruise). It was a waste of time and money. We were not satisfied with the way how they treated us (4 of us). I reported about it to the hotel once we arrived back to Hanoi and got "I am sorry" from Ms. Mai. I know it was not her fault but still .... it was our money and time that we unfortunately lost. As for the hotel: 1. Nice rooms 2. Decent breakfast 3. Nice service 4. Good location

    Our first night in Vietnam

    The people at this hotel were wonderful and gave us a lot of ideas of things to do before we met up with our group. They were very helpful. The hotel was very nice, in the mix of Hanoi. Kitty corner to the hotel was the most amazing street food I have ever had!

    Good location for old town Hanoi

    We spent two nights here at the start of our G Adventures tour. Our room did have a window, but it looked out onto a concrete wall, but some rooms did have street views. Breakfast was average, but reception staff were very helpful. The hotel is really well placed for investigating the old town, and also easy to walk to see the street where the train runs close to the houses. Room was clean and bathroom good.

    Not what I expected

    I was told that I would be invited to experience the newly built hotel in No 5 Cua Dong, so I was very happy. But now they said no breakfast choice at all, as the hotel is just open and no staff to serve/cook. It is such a disappointment. Wifi is not working. It's very loud, seems that soundproof system is not working at all. The room is quite small, and there's only 1 tiny mirror in the bathroom. I was promised when I reserved a deluxe room, that they will arrange a room with balcony, but there's none. Never return to this hotel.
