  Never again

  Worst sleep or lack of ever. Hotel clean comfortable staff ok but NOISE , walls paper thin can hear conversation in other rooms, next door takes a shower wakes you up, dogs barking all night from neighbours houses, cars right out side room window not only keeps you awake but if you do nod off then they wake you up and all the fumes comes into your room .... I am totally exhausted !!!! It reminds me of hospital and having broken sleep except you can get more sleep in hospital, people coughing, talking right outside your window regardless of what room your in, NEVER AGAIN it has been the worst night ever , I right fair reviews and the only fault with the hotel itself would be the pillows which are flat, hard and uncomfortable. Do yourself a favour go some where else.

  Needs a bit of TLC re chips and cracks. Golden Chain guide says they have Foxtel , they dont , their own website says they have room service, they dont. Close to restaurants , railway and Hot Spring pools( 2 blocks away ) Friendly staff with a very comfortable bed.

  Excellent Place

  I stayed here overnight. It was a quiet location, off the main road. The place was older but clean. The rooms were big and very comfortable. You had a proper kitchenette, with hot plate etc plus microwave. Ac was cold and quiet. The room was cheap. It was great value($85) This will be my place to stay from now on. The only thing that I didn't like was parking was a bit cramped, but then I was driving a big 4wd.

  Needs Work

  The room I stayed in was like a second hand shop, mismatched furniture and the arms on the armchair were broken. It was a dull and dirty room. I cleaned the bathroom before I used it. The kitchenette was not much better. I would not recommend even for the price.

  Always Comfy

  This is my 5th visit to the Bondi Motel and for me I love how laid back I feel when Im here . My hosts are great there happy to help when you need stuff and there good at just being in the background. This family of Viet/Aussies keep the place really clean and the room facilities are great theres a stove top, bar fridge, kettle, microwave oven, air con, tv in this busy little room so you can look after yourself well if youre on a budget and the price is excellent for what you get. Its two thumbs up for me . Thanks Joe and family for the service
