  bonito y acogedor apart hotel...habitaciones limpias y grandes..personal muy amable quizas lo peor esta a unos 5 kilometros del centro de kiev tambien debian incluir el desayuno en la reserva aunque son buenos desayunos tener que pagarlos aparte

  Clean hotel but do watch the staff!

  Before I write the main part of this review I DO hope that the manager does not append his usual copy/paste response which adds nothing to the process. ...................... The hotel is not centrally located but this really is not an issue as it is very close to a metro station. The rooms are clean and quiet, even though the hotel is next to a busy road. The breakfast is OK but nothing special and it is sad having to look at a parrot in a very small cage. They clearly do not appreciate that this is largely a thing of the past in most Western countries and is not an asset to the hotel. It is easily fixed by giving the poor bird to a zoo where it can at least fly around a bit. Our main complaint, which really annoyed us, was the claim by the receptionist (female), on our arrival, that the technological link between their credit card machine was weak and would we please pay by cash? We disregarded this, waited until another member of staff (male) was on duty and HEY PRESTO, paid by credit card with no issue at all! One can only imagine what sort of scam she was carrying out. Less seasoned travellers might easily have fallen for this trick and it would have cost them a lot of money in commission and bank fees. A stupid thing to do as it only gives the hotel a bad reputation and reduces bookings. One other point where I agree with another reviewer is that having to carry your suitcase up some steps to the reception area would be easily solved by having a ramp.

  Very good hotel

  Dispite it's located on some distance from center, you can really get enjoyment from the rest in this hotel. Very good sound isolation Clean and renovated Nice bathrooms Good service Not far from main road, shopping mall and metro station Silence but ... WiFi is almost useless

  Good hotel - Good value for money

  We stayed here on a short weekend trip to Kiev. The staff were helpful and polite. The rooms had more facilities than most hotels including iron/ironing board, fridge, kettle, stove top, microwave (if we were staying longer these would have been used!) The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was ordered from a menu and served quickly. The hotel is next to a large supermarket and about 5 mins walk from a metro station. Its a 20 minute walk to the motherland monument and about 3km from the center.

  Great Hotel

  Just arrived back from a 3 night stay. Very clean room with comfortable bed, great shower, iron and ironing board, safe, full sized hair dryer, air con, coffee making facilities and mini bar fridge. Breakfast was first class and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will be returning ourselves in the future.
