  Limpio. Algo desfasado para mi gusto pero en perfecto estado. El baño amplio y a pesar de no tener ducha, cuenta con bañera. No muy céntrico pero si bien comunicado y tranquilo. Los trabajadores muy agradables y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. El wifi funciona bastante bien. Repetiría.

  Good value hotel for central Paris

  Hotel Boileau is a very good choice for staying in Paris. It is quite central yet in a quiet location. Prices are reasonable considering the quality of service offered and staff were very pleasant on both of our stays. We found that the extra price for the superior rooms is worth paying as they have been recently refurbished and are much nicer than the standard rooms.

  A little disappointed

  Pro: The hotel has French charm, and is in a cute neighborhood within Paris. Con: I was excited for this hotel, and when I arrived I was greeted with a staff member who was concentrating more on his computer screen than providing a good experience. I was provided a room on the main floor near stairs, and the room was very small. I don't feel I received the value for the rate I paid. The room needed air, so I opened the window, but I realized on the main floor someone could walk into my room, so I couldn't leave the window open at night and the room became stuffy. Overall: I stayed at the hotel for a one-time experience, but it's over priced for the quality received.

  Good value for the location and service

  Spending a weekend in Paris, I could benefit of a good pricing looking at the location and quality of the room in comparison to similar hotels. Was almost a last minute booking which explains a good price I guess. The room was clean and efforts are made on decoration. Wifi for Free, the hotel proposes parking too. Around some restaurants and Boulangerie if needed. I was also very well welcomed by the staff which was good to see. Only little thing that can be improved is insulation in the smaller rooms (noise and air) - Walls are thin.

  Well located for our visit

  We travelled to Paris to visit a friend who lives nearby and recommended this hotel. It is a short walk from the Metro (Exelmans) and about 5/10 minutes to walk to Parc des Princes and Stad Roland Garros. From our short visit, the area is not one for clubs. We were greeted by a lovely Receptionist who dealt with us entirely in French (and even more pleasing understood my French). I believe, though, that she also speaks English. There was a gentleman Receptionist in the morning whose understanding of my French was good and he speaks excellent English. Our room was lovely, at the top of the building (up about 30 steps) and you need to be aware that there is no lift. If using stairs is a problem you would need to ask for a room on the ground floor. I booked direct with the hotel. There was plenty of space in the room and it included a hair dryer and TV (most channels in French or dubbed into French). There was ample cupboard space for a short stay. The bathroom is fine, if a little, compact but there were the usual facilities and an excellent shower. The room has large windows overlooking the courtyard. It was not noisy. There are no tea/coffee making facilities but I thin it is available at the Reception area. Breakfast is available at an additional charge (we did not stay) but there is no other provision for eating. As I understand it, WiFi is charged for in the room but is free in Reception (There is a PC in the Reception area with internet access and was free of charge (it has a french keyboard).
