  Not welcome unless you speak German...

  My friend and I stayed here for a weeks skiing in Hinterglemm. I'll start with the positives: sound bed and breakfast, Perfectly acceptable. Negatives: no kettle in the room or tea making facilities outside the hours of 8am-10am. No English-speaking channels on the tv in the room. The mattresses in the room were thin sponge and were consequently very very hard. Proprietor doesn't speak a word of English, so no opportunity for recommendations for where to ski, eat etc. She made no effort with us despite our efforts, verging onto the side of being dismissive, whilst chatting heartily with the other guests. The common area is unheated and consists of nothing but chairs and tables. No games, no tv. Adequate accommodation but lacking in the warmth that I've experienced in other similar pensions on previous ski holidays.
