DONT STAY AT THIS PLACEI dont want to waste much time in writing a big review on this. Just trust me when I say stay away. Upgraded room as previous was worse than a prison cell. In upgraded room, no working TV, dirty bathroom, moulds Walls, no cupboard, broken balcony. At this resort and spa there was no bar or water available, no edible food and seemed like all staff were non-existent. Spa looked shocking, with a couple workers in there not doing a great deal. Nobody was welcoming and nobody spoke English. We stayed 1 night and then booked somewhere else , much nicer and friendlier. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE!!

The worst place Ive ever been! The hotel is falling apart! The rooms are disgusting! To the point I cut my leg on the bed that was falling apart. We had to suffer for 4 nights before we were forced to pay extra for another hotel so that we could enjoy what was left of our trip and the love holiday company only gave us 84p per night compensation. Utter crap! The photos on the sites are from 10years age! DO NOT GO HERE only a few of the photos here, as my friend has the rest but my gosh! We were a group of 50+ women and it was like a hostel but worse. The shower door frame and door where swinging. The cloths where hung over the kettle area. HORRENDOUS!!!!

What a crap houseDISCLAIMER: Do not listen to all the good reviews on this hotel they are lying to you. I was disgusted with this hotel. I was here for bed and breakfast for 2 weeks. The room I was in wasnt clean, the shower was leaking and you could never get it right between hot or cold, it was even too hot or too cold. The room was very old and dirty. Now the breakfast was rubbish it was a very Turkish breakfast nothing that the British, french and the Americans would like. They had olives, chips, some disgusting cheese and cheese toasties, like toasties for breakfast. The place looks like its derelict. One night I had a look a The dinner and it was just All salad I didnt see any meat, the desert was just watermelon. But I gotta say it wasnt only bad. I had a free fridge and Good air conditioning. The pools were ok. The view from my room was great, so there is room to improve. The staff there are the worst. They didnt speak or understand English, and half the time it just look like they were there just to stand around. One guy that took me to my room was terrible I asked him a question and he said no speak English in the most ignorant and fast way I felt like he was there just to get paid and didnt care about the customers that actually paid to stay at this hotel. Eventually I just couldnt wait to leave as I felt intimated when I was staying here.

Plenty of room around the pool hahaYou will get a shock when you get to this hotel that's for sure. My room lock was broken, safe deposit box didn't work, the old fridge was like filthy like it had came from a dump and kettle was also filthy. I cleaned the fridge myself with bleach and I exchanged the kettle for another. I was lucky because my cousin was staying in a hotel nearby so I put my money and passport in his safe deposit box because the staff couldn't give a monkeys when I expressed my concern. I never went to another hotel because I paid to stay there. The staff were mostly kids I suspect they are cheaper to employ. It was comical because at breakfast which was just about edible but boring and for some reason they had jelly beans in the one of the serving bowls. Anyway i'd be eating and these kids would be marching around me waiting for me to finish so they could take the plate away which I thought was a bit uncomfortable. The massage/sauna just had staff sitting outside it all day and all night. The place was empty throughout the day because the guests didn't wanna hang around the place and get on with their holiday outside the hotel like I did. Some hotels i can just get a cheap room a bit of breakfast and be happy with it but this place I couldn't even advise that. The only positive thing was the pool was clean and was always empty which was something. I only paid for bed and breakfast the all inclusive guests I felt sorry for them so i'm not gonna go there haha. The was a young receptionist girl that was helpful to me and was the only member of staff I tipped. To be honest its only little things they need to do to improve their service such as spending a few quid on door locks, fridges, kettles, cleaning etc. I don't expect their staff to speak English but a bit training wouldn't go a miss. I'd avoid this place until they sort these issue's out but trust me I saw plenty of disappointed faces at this hotel.
