    Perfect hotel in perfect location.

    Stayed here with my partner from 15th August till 19th August. Couldn't really fault anything hotel is in a lovely location only 2 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute walk to the main strip. Room was spacious with beautiful views of Gumbet Bay, staff were helpful and on hand when needed. WiFi was very intermittent but didn't mind as the last thing I want to do is go online when on holiday. Would definitely stay here again and for what I paid it was value for money. Really like the fact that the hotel do temperature checks throughout the day. All in all a great 4 night stay.

    Great holiday not so great hotel

    I appreciate things may be a bit different due to covid 19 when going abroad. The room in the hotel was basic, beds comfy and room cleaned everyday. Our room did smell a bit of sewage so kept shower and bathroom door closed as this is where it appeared to be coming from. Hotel reception was fine but a smile wouldnt have hurt. We booked bed and breakfast but tried breakfast on the first morning and for ourselves there was nothing except cold meats and cheese, a limited amount of fruit and cereal, and bread. We couldnt even make a bit of toast and was clearly a very limited breakfast. We went down to the beach every morning for breakfast and then would just end up staying on the beach for the day so never spent any time in hotel just to sleep. The beach and town of gumbet is lovely and we found lots of great places to eat and hang out during the day and evening and prices are very good at the moment. I would not go back to this hotel but would return to gumbet.

    Very basic no frills hotel

    We stayed here for a week, beds made everyday and fresh towels but toilet not properly cleaned or floors. beds comfortable enough and enough space in room with nice view of pool. Toilet kept flooding and was rather mouldy. Nothing in room no cups etc so that wasnt to good. No internet thats reliable so not so great for kids or for music etc. flumes only on few hours a day which was annoying for children. Would say more a 2 star. Drinks and food cheap, but not a lot of selection of drinks at pool. Good location near beach but on a steep hill so not so good if you have health problems, also steep steps two sets going into hotel so also not good if you have any health problems, children moaned every time. Its just a basic hotel and does if your only sleeping in it. Wouldnt expect to pay crazy prices to stay here.

    best price performance hotel

    location is 100 metre to gümbet beach, there is only a kid park between the beach and hotel . rooms are bigger than I expected, my family loved every moment of our holiday in this hotel. the pool is big enough and the water park is my kids favourite part. stuff is helpful, overall price was perfect for the service we got.

    Horrible

    just been in this hotel. Don't know how they say its a 4* id give it a 1* its photos are years out of date. Most of sun loungers broke no pads for them gates to the beach padlocked grates missing its a mess. And the room the wood flooring was damaged and coming apart my wife tripped over and hurt herself the pool never got cleaned out and staff not friendly at all worse hotel we stayed in. We ended up checking out of the hotel early we couldn't stay any longer. We booked self catering only to be told they don't do it you only get room only. Dont Waste Your Money
