  What a Fun Stay

  Boathouse Condo is a very nice condo. I rent the duplex room for two nights, the cost was only 8,000 Thai Baht. What I liked about the condo is the room. The price is very cheap, compared to other condos in Hua Hin. The dishes, microwave, television, refrigerator are provided for us. It is also very easy to get there, it is in a big soi, just drive in there and you will see some buildings, that is the condominium. There is also a huge swimming pool in front of the room, you can just open the door and jump into the pool. The pool is huge and clean. Its feels like a private pool, there were no people in the pool, because the pool didn't link to the bigger pool, where people usually go there. There is also a pool where you can relax in front of the beach. However the public pool, the bigger pool I mentioned, is not really clean. While swimming, I smelled something so smelly. There are also leaves and bugs on the surface of the water. I wont recommend this pool. The beach is not really beautiful, compared to other condos, the water is always high and we have to walk through dirty water to get to the sand. There are always big waves and the water is also not clear. Lastly, I would like to mention something really important, there is a restaurant or something very loud beside the condo. If you dont like something loud bothering you, you shouldnt rent or buy a room to the east.

  Beautiful resort with nice swimming pool

  We stayed here with a group of friends and rented a three floor villa, next to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very nice and large and connects al the area's (lagoons) of the resort and also the final pool next to beach. It is possible to swim from the villa to the beach. The villa's are modern and well equipped with tv, wifi, aircon and a nice kitchen. During our stay the resort was very quiet. The exit to the resort is a littlebit difficult to find and near km 208 on the road between Cha-am and Hua Hin (not km 222 as Google describes). We recommend this resort especially for families and groups.

  Boathouse Hua Hin is a residential complex. Renting units on a short-term basis, less than one month, is not permitted by the law. Short term renters should ensure the appropriate licence to rent exists. See section 59 of the Hotel Act B.E. 2547.
