  Los ascensores olían mal y todo

  Nos hospedamos en el hotel dos fines de semanas consecutivos, del 22 al 23 de junio, y de nuevo el 30 de junio. Hubiera sido bonito saber sobre la tarifa de 2.20 euros por avanzado. Pagamos las habitaciones a través de Expedia, y luego tuvimos un cargo adicional cuando llegamos. Si nadie en la habitación tiene más de 25 años, te cobran un depósito de $200 euros que luego te devuelven cuando pasas la inspección al hacer el check out. Mi parte favorita del hotel era que fue asequible y a una caminata del Club La Vela. Claro, los ascensores olían mal, pero eso pasa cerca de la playa. El agua salada apesta. Ah, y no recomiendo que desayunes allí. Cuesta 5.50 euros por persona para un bufet asqueroso. Gasta un euro más y camina al Captain Jacks. ¡Vale la pena! El primer fin de semana fue un viaje familiar con mi prometido, su padre y su hermana. El segundo viaje fue para mi fiesta de despedida de soltera en La Vela. El padre de mi prometido actualmente se está volviendo a hospedar este fin de semana para unas vacaciones con un amigo. Por lo general, me agradó el hotel, y me volvería a hospedar allí, pero no voy a la playa para pasar mi tiempo en un hotel. Quiero ir a los clubes, restaurantes, y playas.

  Roches Hotel

  looking for a Good place to stay not Boarwalk. They pee everywhere, Roches everywhere. They only good thing is having the beach right in front of you not even a minute walking but the hotel was horrible. Si esta buscando un lugar para quedarse definitivamente este hotel es malo. huele a orina en cada esquina de la escaleras. Cucarachas bote toda mi comida por la cucarachas. Lo unico bueno es tener la playa a un minuto de usted.

  Buena ubicación pero sucio

  El lugar resultó muy bien para el evento deportivo al que asistí, ya que todo el evento se desarrollo dentro de sus instalaciones....pero las instalaciones son bastante viejas y descuidadas, y falta más limpieza en general todo el hotel.

  Please read if I could pick 0 circles i would

  Ok hold on to your seat, but read this before you book PLEASE. 1ST Let me tell you the good its a short list, so this won't take long. They are pet friendly, and they are soo soo close to the beach,literally so close. This was our second but our last visit with them. Now this is where the please read really kicks in. We got there late, we were tired and ready to just go to sleep. We were woke early by the cleaning staff yelling at each other,laughing so loud screaming at one another. Either they were loud or the walls are made of paper. Next day we go to take a shower the water was cold. We decided since we were going to the beach, we would take a shower that evening. Again the water was still cold we called the front desk, the young lady who answered said she'd sent someone to check it.She did. He came up didn't check it but told us we would need to let it run for about 10 minutes, he would "reset" it. We did. It was still cold. She said she could move us, we said that would be fine in the morning again we were tired. That night wehad to call security due to there were people hanging out in front of our door we saw them from the beach,and they left when we came in from the beach. But came back,to our door just standing and talking. The next morning we checked again on our water, no hot water. We called down, the lady that answered was nice, she sent a man to fix it. He came in, looked at it, said yeah its the child setting so a kid won't get burnt, but he would have to get a special tool to fix the whole floor. Then he said let the water run for 30 minutes to get warm.so we did, no hot water. The NICE young lady said well the manager is coming in we will see if we can get you moved to another room. We had said a king size instead of 2beds would be great, she said that should not be a problem. After waiting an hour for the manager to arrive we were going to go eat. When we came back we went to the office. The manager (who another staff member told me later was not the manager) was EXTREMELY RUDE. After telling him about 2 nights no shower due to cold water, stops me and tell me while we were out they went in the room and fixed it.He said you may need to run water for 45 mins,but its the same in all the rooms. They had their man go in and fix it so you go to your room its fine. I'm not going to exchange your room. I fixed it what do you want?? Do you want to leave, I give you the the money for rest of your stay back.? He said well you have a room and that's not my problem(Well if you really were about customer service-I am sorry for your inconvenience. that would have been awesome) instead I got "I'm done talking to you" I walked away, I was also done.Than night we had to call on others being so loud.We heard mice in the walls, loud strange noises in the night. The manager was very rude, due to him we will never return.

  We've stayed here 3 times so far

  I love this place. It's great for families. It's RIGHT on the beach. You won't get any free breakfast or any fancy add ons like that. Half the arcade doesn't work but honestly that just isn't our priority. We had very few interactions with staff but it was always friendly when we did. There might be a stain on something here or there but it has always been clean. Last time we went we left early as a tropical storm came through (I think it ended up as a hurricane in the end) and they refunded us for the time we didn't stay. I did take one star off because the beds are truly awful. Everyone jokes about it and I see plenty of people come with some sort mattress pad. I still love this hotel though with all things considered and we will definitely be back.
