  Great stay. Lousy breakfast

  No breakfast. Everything was out of stock. Front desk watched but didn't restock. Breakfast was supposed to be open for another half hour. Room and property very nice. Newly renovated. Will stay again.

  One Night Stay

  A decent motel right near the highway. Despite that, it was quiet. Not too far from restaurants and such, The room was clean. Not fancy, but it worked for our one night stay. Breakfast was minimal at best, so we went elsewhere. I would come back if I visit Waterloo in the future.

  Worst service at any hotel I have stayed in

  Start with they couldn't find a reservation and it was laying on a sheet of paper in the back of their check-in in area Shannon who was there to check usin literally took 22 minutes to find our room and get us a key card. We had been on the road riding all day and we're looking forward to stopping and getting a good night's sleep, this was not the place to go after the check-in we find out that the sink doesn't drain and then to top it off at 7 in the morning Katherine the morning person started beating on our door even though there was a do not disturb sign and her excuse was she couldn't verify someone was supposed to be in that room the beds were okay the breakfast is okay the service was terrible they're definitely not worth the money I would certainly stay elsewhere if in Waterloo again

  Hotel Staff, Cleanliness, and Untrained effects

  Horrible, traumatic experience in a hotel that Ive ever have. Someone told front desk that they have the privilege to deny a paying customers room and board. Huge mistake for a person who has been thrown in the job position with no communication skills at all. If you are untrained, you should not be able to make a drastic decision as such due to the fact that it causes chaos, anxiety, and it creates another Victim to Diverse population our great country possess. Very disappointed in Priceline for this establishment even being an option to stay. Its definitely Bates Motel

  They need to do better

  This was a complete nightmare. My room was given to someone else. I had to pay for a new room at a higher cost and it turned out to be subpar. It was not throughly cleaned at all. The manager was a total jerk and was not willing to honor my reservation. He told his employee to charge me full price !
