  Nice but could be so much better

  The hotel itself is lovely, the problem is the waiting staff. We went all inclusive and the staff ranged from one or two who were lovely, to a few who were actively rude. The others were somewhere in the middle. I was undecided whether to go as low as two stars as it felt as though, as all inclusive guests, we were right at the bottom of their priorities. It's a shame as it could have been a really lovely holiday. The place is fantastic the locals friendly and the islands are a must see. Bluesun you really could have done better.

  Fantastic location, average hotel

  The location and the beach are amazing. The check in was very straightforward. The room was very nice, but quite small. If you worry about catching Covid-19 on holiday, then I suggest not to go to this hotel. Although all members of staff are wearing face masks, I haven't noticed any 'enhanced cleaning measures'. In the restaurant guests cannot put their food anymore, instead, they have to stand in a queue waiting for a member of staff to put the food on a plate. This system creates queues and nobody maintains social distancing, as as soon as you leave more than a meter gap, someone will jump in front of you. The whole process was very disorganised. We booked a rafting trip via the hotel and it was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.

  Terrible food

  Just simply bad food. We ordered a pizza for starters and it was externally think and probably had thousands of calories. We asked for thin crust and they brought extra thick. I would not go back to this place

  Overall good

  I visited this place with my husband and small child of 1.5 year and asked for room with a view. That was a great mistake. There is some kind of music each night until 11 pm, we arrived at Friday and it was live music. We assumed that that was just evening, but day after there was some kind of party music on the pool, which is not appropriate for my type of vacation, and there is also kids pool. We asked for other room, and than we got room looking on the beach and it was perfect. No more anoying music all the time. In general hotel is more 3 than 4 stars, rooms are renovated but other parts of hotel are not, also there are 2 small lifts so you would lost a lot of time on that. We had halfboard and food was excellent, plenty of choices, nice restaurant. There was a lot of people but lines weren't so long.

  Great hotel

  Couldnt fault the room, great location overlooking the beach, which meant it was quieter than the pool area. Spotlessly clean. Helpful staff. The only complaint Id say would be the breakfast, not much choice if youre vegan (I went with cereals and bought my own milk!) and the one time I chose some melon it turned out to have mould on the side. I was b&b only and didnt eat in the restaurant, so cant comment on lunch and dinner. Plenty of other restaurants around though, its a good central location
