  Great get away Only problem was it was not on the beach. The light in the master bedroom did not work. Overall, very clean, friendly staff easy access to amenities. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

  Just a get away!

  The Resort was clean and well kept. The staff was delightful and always helpful. The courtesy calls was very refreshing, always checking to see what we might need. The location to shopping, dinning, and entertainment was great, just a few miles from the beach.

  Get a renovated unit or sleep in mold and stench!

  Grounds are beautiful. Water out of the tap smells like old fish. They wanted me to check into a unit that smelled worse than any unit I have ever stayed at in my life. I have stayed 59 weeks with RCI and am no traveling rookie. RCI will NOT help you if the resort stinks so please do your own due diligence. Buyer beware is good advice.

  Don't Buy Anything from Bluegreen Vacations Any Where in the World. They offered deal for$199 for Savannah. So thing came up and I want to cancel the trip. I called to cancel, which they did. Then informed me that i had a credit with them for the $199. I wanted a refund. They refused to give me a refund. Timeshares are a scam. You will be tied into them for your life your children's lives with maintenance fees. If you don't pay them you will end up in court. If you try to get out of it through one of these timeshare companies that advertise on TV. It will end up costing you thousands of dollars to get out of it. My advice is DON'T DO IT.

  Poor Customer Service

  I would have rated this resort a 4 out of 5 if the customer service would have been better. My wife made reservations and when she called to confirm our room she requested a top floor room due to me being sensitive to noise above when trying to sleep. My wife spoke to Savannah who stated she would accommodate our request for a top floor room. When we checked in the front desk person, a gentleman, was very inhospitable and acted like he didnt care to be working that day. We went to our room and we noticed the it was a 2nd floor room. We decided to not make a fuss and accepted it hoping all would be good. On our second night at the resort we attempted to start watching a movie in the living room. This was 8:00 pm. We had noticed a lot of noise above us but decided to try and watch the movie at a higher volume. After 10 minutes of non-stop noise we decided to call the front desk. We have being staying at time shares, hotels and resorts for many years and this was the worst noise we have ever been forced to endure. We had three children who were never like this, we made them be quiet and not run and be loud if there were people under us. It sounded like several children running back and forth and jumping. My wife called and spoke to Molly who was nice but dismissive stating that they really dont say anything to anyone until after 10:00 pm. As time share owners we understand the quiet time hours but the noise that was going on was well beyond reasonable. We continued watching our movie and listening to the herd of heathens above us. At 10:10 pm, we waited and extra 10 minutes, we called the front desk and got put on hold three times so we then called from our cellphone so it would show an outside line. We explained to the gentleman what was going on and he said he would send security. About 10 minutes later we heard security knocking on the door of the room above us. After 5 minutes the security guards are left and were walking down the stairs. I stopped them and asked what was going on. One of the Allied Bartons rental cops said it was not a party but just two ladies and their two kids and they were just cooking a meal. I told the guard I dont care what they told you was going on but asked did you tell them to be quiet. The guard then acted like I was being absurd that I would call and complain on these ladies and their kids. I asked if he warned them and he said there is really nothing they can do. I told him that if I hear them after 11:00 pm I would call back. The noise continued. We tried going to bed at 11:15-11:30. We turned our sound machine up to try and drowned out any noise. We were able to go to sleep but I was woken from my slumber at 0100 AM by running and jumping. It was more about the actual vibrations you could feel and a little about the noise. It lasted for several more hours but since my wife was sleeping through it I did not want to wake her by getting up and calling the front desk. I finally fell back to sleep after 3:00 am and then of course was rudely awaken at 0815 hrs by the same rude, non mannered, inconsiderate people above us. We left right after waking up. The resort itself was pretty good. Floors were not the cleanest in our room but nothing else to complain about. If we had gotten a top floor(3 floor) I would probably just be writing a positive review but with the lack of care by the staff the and the poor quality of the building and noise barriers between the floors, I am giving a 3 out of 5.
