  Blue Tower Hotel

  Excelente ubicación y servicio. La comida deliciosa. Ayudó a hacer la experiencia en Damasco excelente. La única debilidad que observé fue con la disponibilidad de agua en los pisos superiores, aunque me hospedé en el 4° entonces no lo padecí.

  Expensive, but worth it

  I stayed around 10 days in this hotel during my business trip to Syria. It is very nice and clean with very good management in the heart of Damascus. I stayed in a small room but very cozy and clean. Breakfast is fantastic and very tempting. You can reach to the busy and nice Damascus night within minuts.

  Excellent

  I stayed in this hotel for ten days and it was a lovely stay.. The people are very helpful and kind .The rooms are clean and the service is great.The hotel is in the center of the city where you can go easily anywhere.I would love to stay in this hotel again

  Very very bad experience!

  We planned to spend 2 weeks but we couldn't stay in the hotel for more than one night!! The staff were unhelpful, unpleasant and non-friendly. Dirty rooms, poor service, no water, no AC, old furniture... Please do NOT visit this hotel.

  Terrible hotel

  The only benefit of this hotel is the location , the hotel not worth 4* as they categorized its 2* maximum , dirty bath & walls ... bad house keeping service and price very high 80$ per night (photos attached) Trust me its not worth it , I booked for 4 nights I stayed only 2 as i couldn't stay longer with dirty ..... very cheap quality furniture. bath room is dirty also and old ...no maintenance been done to this hotel Front office staff are friendly but rooms are terrible Hotel not offering any kind of service in the room , no water no tooth brush , no slipper hardly you can got small shampoo and old towel
