  Disappointing

  Given our room was $180 for 1 night, our expectations were certainly to met. Curtain half hanging on rail on window, towels very old, not all light globes working. Room oppressively hot on arrival and air conditioner very poor. Room a good size but only furniture other than bed was 1 bedside table and 1 small table with 2 chairs. Staff member was friendly and very welcoming however.

  Not great, could be better!

  We stayed here for one night. The room cost was $211.58 for a Deluxe room. Thankfully we had used the Territory voucher as I would definitely would have not been happy! Looks like little maintenance occurs as I had to pick up palm fronds to park the car, leaves all around the driveway this is not a hard thing to do each day. The room was reasonable for a 3 star however the room was very hot (40 degrees outside). We had to turn the aircon on and drive around for over an hour for the room to cool. On returning the temp had not dropped much in the room so we thought there was something wrong and contacted reception. Friendly staff member told us we had it on dry not wet? So we went out for another 2 hours for the room to cool! The room never cooled properly (room number 33). They knew we were staying as the room was booked and paid for so you would think the aircon would have been put on as a courtesy? Obviously not! The bathroom had calcium stains in the shower and toilet which can be cleaned (CLR) and the drains needed flushing to get rid of the smell. Beds ok. This accommodation would have been good in its hay day but not now. It is run down and they are just going on name now which is a shame. We went and had a look around town and would not stay here again. The caravan park had some nice rooms in newer condition. The Safari lodge looked ok too.

  The epitome of sh*t

  List form is more efficient: 1. No secured parking 2. Randoms coming off the street, wondering around, asking for cigarettes 3. Hair in shower and in bed sheets 4. Unmopped floor and stained carpets 5. Expensive for what it is Go elsewhere

  Not clean- Needs a health inspection

  Limited options for accomodation in TC. On first look Room was big with two double beds. Bathroom was dirty. But left with bites from bug mites!!! Totally not clean!!! Room not cleaned only bed made. No water bottles replenished. $200 a night - shocking!

  Holiday in Australia post covid

  Stayed here one night. Clean and comfortable. Air con works well in this area due to being hot. Has a swimming pool washing machines to wash your clothes and drier. Close to all shops and we ate at the local club around the corner. 5 min walk. Just off the hwy.
