  Still the best breakfast in Ogunquit

  After a hiatus of a few years, we once again stayed at the Blue Shutters Inn in Ogunquit, Maine. The Inn is conveniently located on a quiet street with nearby access to the Marginal Way. We had a spacious first floor room with a gas fireplace. The Inn itself has been spruced up without losing any of its charm or character.The new to us innkeepers are a friendly and efficient couple who are helpful without hovering. The breakfasts they provided each morning were outstanding and delicious! Seconds were always offered and preferences accommodated when possible. We hope to stay there again in the future.

  Great location in Ogunquit

  Stayed two nights (Oct 1 & 2) and had a great stay. Room was lovely and breakfast was wonderful. They made frittata the first morning and French toast the next. The yogurt parfait with Cabot yogurt, granola and fresh berries was delicious. The location right next to the Marginal Way and close to town was absolutely perfect. Would love to visit again!

  Extremely accommodating and friendly

  The is my third time at Blue Shutters. The location is lovely and perfect to reach the Marginal Way and our hosts were so understanding and helpful when our plans were up in the air as far as how many of us would be there. They were prepared and able to make us comfortable and I love the choices and flexibility at breakfast.

  Lovely place

  We cannot wait to go back. Jean and Doug were super accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was amazing as well. Great spot close to marginal way and the beach. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

  A perfect hideaway

  This lovely little inn is stops from Shore Road and has direct access to the Marginal Way. Even so, its tucked back a bit, so you get quiet and convenience! Great for walkers, but easy to get your car in and out too. We were only there for one night, but I will absolutely look to come back here in the future. Super welcoming owner and TERRIFIC breakfast. This is a gem!
