Bad hotel..not save for your belonging. This hotel isn't save for tourism. My mobile phone gone in the room. The reception didn't respect and they didn't give conclusion about that. The house keeping take my mobile phone and turn it off. Is that a good service? Or they really want to steal that tourist belonging.

Wonderful!!!We stayed there last summer, and it was amazing! Food was great, service was really nice, and staff were really helpful, but the internet was a little slow. I highly recommend seaview rooms, the view was awesome overlooking the pool and sea. we will definitely go back again god willing!

Beautiful garden and poolStaff: very helpful and attentive (big +) though big room for improvement on friendliness. Staff were very polite but I wish I could paint some smiles on their faces. The only smiley and friendly person was the cleaning lady. To be honest, I didn't feel comfortable talking to those at the reception at all. They made me feel like I bothered them. There was a problem between the website I booked from and the resort (last night payment had not come through) and the child policy (good job I had it in writing so I got what I was promised). The resort didn't manage to get in touch with the website after 24 hours while I got through after 3 secs on my first call. The website confirmed the resort that I paid and they would transfer my payment during their weekly schedule. The resort owner told the stuff on the phone that I would have to pay again for the night before I leave and leave me sort out my refund with the website. (why should it be her problem, right? ..... as long as she gets her money ...) This is shocking: is this really how the resort does their business? Facilities: the pool was the highlight of our stay. Though no pool towel to be found. We got them delivered after one personal visit and one phone call to the reception. And the towels were VERY warn out. They are in real need of replacement. These are too ruggy! Big and nice pool. (Though can see trace of aging) The kid poll would be better if they would actually clean the bottom which has some sand) Room: Beautiful from outside and afar. The whole outdoor area is very well kept clean. Inside is good enough. Good size room with large bathroom. Very good aircon. Bathroom has a few gaps without mosquito net (though there were very fewer mosquitoes than I had expected). Most of the (Thai) locks on the windows can't be used (the wood shrunk, I guess) There is only coffee in the room (for a tea drinker like me). Didn't conclude if the kettle was clean or not. Coffee cups didn't look attractive to use. In my rooms glasses not wrapped in plastic. Coffee cups not changed after room service. And the highlight of the night was a visit from a frog. My husband saw two eyes in the toilet bowl. A very helpful service guy came with a net and flushed it in the toilet after a short while. He left saying it was gone. 10 mins after I went into the bathroom again, it was back. Gosh, almost took the life out of me. A call to reception, the same guy came in no time at all. This time he took his best friend with him. He said it came through a gap in the bathroom ... hmmm emmmm ok. I looked around for any strange creatures everytime before I entered the bathroom from then on. Breakfast: lucky to have other groups there on the same day so we had a buffet breakfast. It was ok with enough variations. Staff was helpful and there was enough food. More tables are needed though to accommodate all the guests. Location: in the middle of nowhere. Good for those who like peace and quiet. Nice beach some short walk away (200-300 meters) the beach was deserted (in front of the Seahorse resort which went bankrupt) CONCLUSION: worth the money and we had a nice stay here. We did feel welcome here and appreciate the effort to make it a nice and enjoyable place. Though I don't think I would come back here again before the bangalows are refurbished and a few other obvious improvement areas mentioned above are acted upon.
