    Sólo adultos, ja, ja, ja, habían más de 30 niños de los países del este. Ninguna comida era adecuada para el consumo humano. La dirección sólo estaba interesada en agradar a los clientes rusos y polacos. No había entretenimiento para adultos ni de día ni de noche (excepto 15 minutos una vez que había un hombre echando fuego por la boca un sábado por la noche). Traté de quejarme pero el representante nunca vino al hotel y tampoco respondió al teléfono. Preferiría ir al infierno antes de volver ahí. A los touroperadores les deberían obligar a devolver el dinero porque nos hicieron la reserva con falsos argumentos.

    Realmente no está bien

    El hotel estaba bastante limpio... Solo había un bar abierto en todo el hotel, que era el bar de la piscina, pero se negaban a servirte "MOJADO"...¡! Me dijeron que era solo para adultos... Había niños por todas partes, gritando, tirando cosas, haciendo ruidos, llorando, pataleando incluso corriendo alrededor de la piscina con vasos en la mano. Niños alemanes, rusos, checos (creo). No había niños ingleses. Solo había 3 parejas británicas más ... La comida no valía para consumir, un potito de bebé tiene más sustancia, mejor aspecto y más sabor y probablemente estaba más caliente. La cafetería sólo servía cosas recalentadas.. nada bueno... Cenamos fuera todas las noches.... No permitían llevar bebidas en envase de cristal a la habitación. Cuando le pedimos vasos de plástico o papel, el encargado de recepción nos dijo que no tenían. Esto resultó en algo "más" que "unas palabras" y me dijeron que todos los británicos dábamos problemas, que somos los únicos que le dan problemas. Y que somos todos iguales. Son las palabras que utilizó... No me permitió ponerme en contacto con mi representante, me dijo que tenía que pagar por usar el teléfono. "unas cuantas palabras más" estas palabras duraron 45 minutos... al informar a mi representante a la mañana siguiente, no mostró ningún interés... No recomendaría este hotel a nadie....

    Disappointed

    Avoid if you can unless you speak Russian, very disappointed that you couldnt communicate with anyone as no one spoke English apart from the receptionist. The food was the same every day and had to go out and eat, the cakes are the same every day cover in syrup breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entertainment was rubbish, didnt even bother taking part coz I wouldnt understand what they were saying. No entertainment at night only kids mini disco. We stayed for 10 day happy to finally meet a english family after a week off being there. Another English family arrived as we were leaving and requested to be moved asap or to be returning home. Dont bother using the spa coz once you pay you will not receive the services you paid for, and god forbid you ask for your money back, they will not give you a penny back if youre not happy. The spa receptionist was the rudes person I have come across. Please dont do the same mistake I did and took advice from Loveholiday to go to this hotel, as its no where a 4* hotel as it states.

    Quality hotel

    i really like this hotel. i was here in Alanya long time ago and now again. The weather is beautiful Alanya is beautiful. About the hotel i really like the foods, very delicious. Everybody who works are smiling always. The activities and shows from animation was awasome! They know how to entertaint people. Thank you so much blue fish family, i will come back

    A lovely clean hotel perfect for families

    After reading some pretty dismal reviews on here I was very apprehensive- but I booked last minute and it had everything I needed. I went with my 3 young children 8,9 & 11. The room was clean (not huge) but nice. (Toilets smell a bit in Turkey) the food was traditional but the snack bar served chips and flat bread pizzas every day so the kids were happy and I love all the salads. There is an aqua park with slides and they entertain the kids during the day- I mainly stayed at the quieter pool- a small tunnel to the private beach area which is rocky and not great for little ones but the best thing is to go swimming off the pier ladders - or dive in. Really quiet on the beach. The bar staff are lovely and the hotel is cleaned constantly and I found I had mostly everyone needed. Make sure you do the Pirate boat trip - but book from the guys on the road right if the hotel near the shop (great for souvenirs.) the worst part of the holiday was the lack of English speakers I reckon it was 80% Russians- least they dont hog sun beds as there was always plenty but the kids only met one other English family- clearly theyve been put off by the terrible old reviews on here - thus I decided to add my more up to date review ... a few tips- Take your own currency as the hotel does not exchange (the nice man in the shop changed some for me) You need towels as not included in all inclusive Apart from that I agree it is a 4star hotel and well worth the money
