  Expectacular

  Una pasada de hotel, de superficie lujo, super bonito. Habitacion grandiosidad, pedazo vistas al lago michigan. El casino es super guapo y tienes dentro del complejo varios restaurantes. La única pega es que la piscina no esta señalizada y te cuesta mucho encontrarla. Tiene valet parking gratuito pero también para que te entregen el coche cuesta encontrarlo. A pesar de esas pequeñas pegas el una pasada de guapo.

  Terrible and dirty

  Stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago and would never recommend this nightmare to anyone. We were there for a wedding in the area and this was the recommended accommodation. By far the most expensive place in the area we thought we could expect it to be nice. We had to be moved to a different room because the one we were put in was never cleaned, had pizza on the floor and furntiure, hair all over the bathroom, and brown stained sheets. While we waited in the dirty room for someone to bring us a key to a new room (of course after the cleaning staff had to come inspect and be sure what we were saying was true) we searched for another place to stay. Out of luck we were forced to go to the next room. The steakhouse is a joke, it wants to be nice but the food is subpar and has a very lacking wine list, and the old fashioned they made was pink.... There was really no where to eat breakfast at the "resort", still not sure what the "resort" fees covered since the pool and spa weren't even open. We will never be back and will never recommend this place to anyone. Disgustingly dirty, overpriced underwhelming "resort". I can't forget to mention the incredibly rude staff in the hotel.

  Large and comfortable.

  Enjoyed our time at the casino. Machines are clean and there is a large selection. I found some older machines I have not seen in awhile. There is such an emphasis on the new glitzy slots that I forgot how much fun the older types were. I was very pleased to see everyone, staff and patrons , properly using face masks and sanitizer.

  Not a pleasant stay!

  I'm not a phobic person; however, the pandemic is real and I think people should respect one another by wearing a mask. That being said... the casino was smoky... because MANY (at least 60%) people remove their masks to smoke in the casino! Many others blatantly just do not wear them and although there are signs posted all over the casino stating that unmasked people will be asked to leave; NO ONE ENFORCES IT! We've stayed here 100 time pre-pandemic; however, this will the LAST time we go here! Stay a few miles up the road in Michigan at Four Winds where your health and welfare are considered!

  Take a gamble! No regrets!

  This was our first time staying here and it was really nice. We had a king room in the tower. I wiped the whole room down with disinfectant wipes because Covid... and I was very impressed. The room was super clean prior to Me cleaning!! The employees were friendly and attentive. You have to call housekeeping to get towels, etc and they were very Prompt as well. The casino is nice and the attendants there were very helpful. Even won a little Money. I highly recommend the steakhouse,William Tells I think it is. It was the best prime rib weve ever had. I cant wait to return, hopefully soon!
