  Absolutely normal place with bad food

  The village is located just in front of the beach but far from cities. You have to pay for the beach, food is low level and you can't book in half board mode. Best thing are entertainers. Worst thing is eating, not only for food .. there are too many people at the same time trying to eat best food. People has little time to eat.

  Hotel for Groups

  The rooms are in a nice garden with many differnet plants. Food is ok for big groups. Internet is not in the rooms - lobby only and for extra pay. Otherwise all is clean and close to the local beach...

  Great all inclusive resort

  Very nice ambiance in the resort with a tropical feel, lots of flowers and fruit beating trees. Plenty of activities for everyone and a very nice beach across from the resort with clean and warm water. Excellent selection of fresh and healthy food, best part for us is the grilled seafood every other night and also a great selection of pasta dishes, anti pasti and meat dishes. No wifi in the room but wifi is free in the main lobby with fast internet connection. They can do better replenishing the bathroom amenities, you have to ask for it. They did not allow us to get free tap water as they want to sell the bottled water.

  Bad experience from the start!

  We arrived with car at night there was no help at all with the luggages with 3 small kids on board. We only found luggage trolleys at the entrance of the hotel which was absolutely not a 4 star hotel service... My husband had to go to the reception and asked for help to carry all the luggages up the stairs to our suite. It was a big enough suite for all of us with a small bedroom and a front room where all 3 single sofa beds were made for our 3 toddlers as well as a good size bathroom. All cleaned and well set up. Check-in was not professionally done. Nothing was explained to us, no hotel bracelets were given to us. Not even a warm greeting was received by us. This tells a lot for the service of the hotel! I knew we had to pay extra for the service on the beach but didn't know that the beach was so narrow and our front row beach umbrella with 2 sun beds were literally 1m from the water.... In the afternoons, our sun beds were in the water if we didn't move back a bit... If I knew it was like that I wouldn't pay 100 euro per week for it... Not mentioning the beach was so dirty full of cigarette buds and plastic rubbish... I complained once on Tuesday (we arrived on Sunday) nothing seemed to have changed at all during the week.... So we decided to go around to see different places instead. After a day outside the hotel for a visit in Lecce on Saturday, we returned to the beach on Sunday morning and we were so shocked that someone actually stole our kids' beach toys and the rest was scattered around the nearby areas of our umbrella.... I was furious... And immediately told the safeguard which was only 2 umbrellas away from ours that someone stole our toys and I was so tired of the dirty beach too! We came to relax with our 3 small kids and expected clean sand for them to play as well as stress free (not expecting anyone would ever touch the toys!!!). He ignored the fact that things were stolen and he claimed that he couldn't clean the beach with natural dead sea plants (by law)! But I said there were plenty of plastic rubbish among the dead plants! His response was so outrageous and showed such laziness... He then cleaned a couple of piles of dead sea plants with plastic and cigarette buds in front of me and that was it. Rubbish underneath our sun beds as well as the nearby umbrellas were remained as they were... We were really disappointed with the service we actually paid for 200 euros for 2 weeks...for a dirty and super crowded beach... We couldn't even stretch ourselves because we could have touched the other people's sun beds!!! The sea water at the beach was filthy too due to all the rubbish washed down from the beach... I did complain again but this time to the vice director. He said the stolen toys was up to the morality of the people! He was surprised that the beach was dirty because he talked to his stuff on the beach everyday making sure that everything was great and clean for the guests... To this point, we just gave up and didn't even make an attempt to go to the beach again! Food was so repetitive and unattractive, one waiter was especially rude which made the experience even worse! We did appreciate Salvatore and Julia for their constant smiles and warm greetings in the restaurant . Thank you both to make our stay more durable! Even in the restaurant for the first few days I had to ask for the baby seats for every single meal... Because they didn't have enough baby seats for all the toddlers... Again not a 4 star Hotel service at all... We expected everything was ready before our arrival for any meals... After I complained to the restaurant manager, it only happened once again... Entertainments at night were full of adult materials after the baby dance! So not suitable for any children!!! Occasional swear words and constant sexual contents. We were proper shocked by the standard of the shows. 2 nights were enough to understand the style of performance.... And we never went again until they had a lunar park night saying there were inflatables castles etc. for the kids... (there were 2 small inflatables for like more than 50 kids waiting to play with them..) Long queues were formed with badly behaved kids left unsupervised jumping the lines... Needless to say a very bad organisation... Then they had different games on other spots but nothing really special... Some entertainment stuff was kind and polite but not all of them. Swimming pool was so old and the mosaics were actually falling out form the pool wall... In the afternoon, you will be lucky to have an umbrella without a seat or a sun bed! Too many people and not enough space... Parking space as well, we had to park across the street because the main car park was always full!!!!!!! Seriously we do not recommend to spend money on this place! There are so many nice places in Puglia and I am so sure this is not one of them!!! We wasted more than 6300 euros for this family vacation!!! We felt like we actually threw the money into the sea!!!!!!!!
